When the measurer arrived (unfortunately I don't remember his name), after measuring the windows, he showed me samples of window sills and advised me to put a German Danke on such a width (60 cm), since it is more durable. Having discussed all the options with my husband, we chose Aluminum plastic and double-glazed windows (with 3 panes). 70% prepayment, signed on Darnitsky Boulevard. It turned out that we first ordered windows, and then came across negative reviews, so we were very worried about the quality of windows and installation. Maybe because of this, they checked the windows several times and watched the work, asking stupid questions). When the old window was pulled out and holes were made, there was a lot of dust and debris, but the manager warned us about this. When they saw the finished result, they calmed down, everything was done carefully, the window was fixed to the level, the slopes were not badly damaged and there were no large cracks. A huge plus was the free removal of old windows, somewhere on the third day after installation, the guys came and took everything away. In the end, we are satisfied with the work, after almost six months, the windows do not sweat, do not creak – everything works fine, let's see how it will be in winter, but we think by spring we will change the exit to the balcony and glaze the balcony in the same company.

The apartment, the corridor, the area near the elevator were littered. The garbage was taken away 3 days later, after repeated calls.
After that, no one called once, the installation date was postponed all the time, as a result, the delay was 8 days.
The window sill was measured incorrectly, and now there is a 5 cm hole between it and the future cabinet.
Money for a damaged window sill is not returned, for 0.01% for each of the 8 days of delay, too, the manager, of course, does not call.
In addition, they do not give estimates, and the prices on the site are repeatedly underestimated.
