Why are you deceiving people???? I bought 3 seats 40.43 and 44. I bought them specially,"- there was no last row!!!!! According to the purchase scheme, the location of the seats is clearly indicated! And in fact 43 and 43 are the very last row!!!! I will write a complaint to the consumer protection Society! For false information and poor quality of service! I will raise all instances! Not only is the last row - there are 5 big people sitting here! You try to sit down here! What a mess !!! I had to go because the exact time of arrival was planned!

My sister is on her way from Donetsk. A bus broke down at the Novoyasenevskaya station. They were transplanted and there is no connection and more than one dispatcher does not know where.
