For the first time I decided to rent a room in a guest house. When I booked, I couldn't find the name of the Hostel. It was positioned as a guest house and the photos were beautiful. Actually match the photos and actually equalize. The owner of the guest house greeted me kindly. He showed me a room for three people, as I had booked. Added cutlery. I allocated 3 medium-sized towels. The bed linen was not ironed, which immediately spoiled the mood. Unfortunately, three toilets are not in decent order, and what caught my eye in the bathrooms was a place for washing dishes next to the toilet. The guest house itself is located in a picturesque location, not far from a beautiful place to relax with a lake. I hope if you fix all the bugs, you can book and relax.

It is very difficult to evaluate comprehensively, since we were in the May holidays and there were no places in the city in hotels. It was the only thing we could find. We paid 5,000 per night.. this is very expensive for a place of this level (the toilet and shower are combined, the toilet stinks, there is no hot water in the shower in the evening, they couldn't even wash themselves). If the price was adequate to the level, one would expect that a night in such a place costs a maximum of 3,000 rubles for two people, because literally the next day we spent the night in a luxury Chinese hotel for 6,500, that is, with a difference of 1,500 rubles, where the level of everything was 5 times better. It seemed unfair.

A pleasant place, pleasant hosts. We stayed for one night, a large company, we were given a room where all the girls were accommodated, and the guys shared a common room. A three-storey house, clean. There is a kitchen, you can warm up or cook your own food. There is a kettle, a microwave and a gas stove. There is Wi-Fi . There are toilets on the first and second floor. The only inconvenience is that the shower is combined with the toilet. If desired, you can fry a barbecue, barbecue and firewood are kindly provided by the owners. There is a gazebo outside where you can have a snack at a table, or just sit enjoying the fresh air and birdsong. A quiet, cozy place, I recommend it.

A nice, clean hostel, but over the past year the owner has raised the price so much that it has become comparable to the price of a hotel room. To get for this price a creaky bed in the attic room for twelve people, a kitchen in the next building and a shower over the toilet there is also from the category of bdsm. At the same time, getting from the city there by public transport is still a quest with unknown people. Perhaps I can't recommend it. Only in some extreme case, if everything is gone, and then the next day dump in a place with the best price-quality ratio. And believe me, they are the majority.

It is worth starting with the "electronic key", which the hostess informs you about at the very beginning. There is a kitchen knife on the fence, you pick the tongue of the lock from the gate with it and go in. It's the same system from the inside.
I read earlier reviews, so in 2022 it was the same, there are still no handles, the lock needs to be picked.
We pass on. Immediately to the left is a kitchen, well, like a kitchen, 5 sq. m. with an electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Mugs, plates and spoons need to be washed in a student-like way before eating, since everything is in a raid and unwashed. We pass on. The stairs to the top are made of sticks, the size of 46 feet, it was unsafe to go up and down!
The room has a full minimum. Beds, even a bunk bed, a locker and a table that Lenin had seen alive. By the way, the blinds on the window are old and torn. And all your personal, intimate, family and private life is visible to the neighbors through the window. There are 3 towels for 4 guests. One does not wash)))
There is a Wi-Fi, but its presence does not give you access to the Internet in any way. The speed is such that Yandex navigator loads the route for a very long time.
There are sinks in the corridors, there is not enough pressure for everyone. In the morning, while you are brushing your teeth, someone visits the toilet-shower very loudly behind your back.
And now the cherry on the cake.. toilet-shower is conceptually something new. A hole in the bathroom floor and a watering can on the wall - bingo. You wash your hair sitting on the toilet. This is an engineering solution!! For this, plus 1 star.
Complete unsanitary conditions. There are signs everywhere: do not smoke, do not drink, do not steal.
Listen, master, you would have done the repairs and cleaning!! And about not drinking - the fumes on the 2nd floor in the corridor were so persistent that I wanted to have a snack.
In general, if there is nowhere to go at all, then only here.
All this is located inside the MKAD, but make no mistake. It is very far from civilization.

I can say that the rooms are ordinary, with an ordinary bed, but for me it was the only room available in Minsk on Saturday with an adequate price. Surprisingly, the mattresses turned out to be of good quality and slept well. There is no bathroom, shower, toilet on the floor, there is a kitchen where you can cook food. From the wishes to put masking nets on the windows. There is also Wi-Fi.

You definitely haven't experienced this! Overnight in a room without locks, with the same bathroom and shower, where you need to go together to hold the door. And to walk on temporary steps in an unfinished house. Towels were given out on the third reminder. By the way, the linen has no smell, it is washed without any powders, it is ecological. But next to the MKAD, you will not forget about civilization. Another plus is the lake, which was never reached, it's a long way. But we ate cherries on the way. For everyone who loves extreme sports, check in for 20 rubles / place)))) And they will let you sign the contract, but they will not give it to you, although without the appendices specified in it, which describe their duties, in particular, wet cleaning. The floor was dirty, repairs are underway, I understand. But not for 60 rubles for three!!!!!! The owners provide exactly zero service!!!!! Is it better than at the train station???? Controversial! And the owners blame the Islet website for everything! After all, he makes them extra reservations. The island, think about it)
People, before you go to Minsk, make sure that you have a place to sleep!
So that this night does not become the most trashy in your life!!!!! And unreasonably expensive and dirty)))))

The shower and toilet are in the same stall, there is nowhere to hang things and a towel, the administrator immediately said that you need to take and put everything in a bag so that it does not get wet, but there is nowhere to put the bag, except on the toilet, because you will stand in a puddle. You will have to brush your teeth and shave at the washbasin, which is located in the hallway. Slippers are not provided for guests. Toilet paper should have its own, because it is always missing in the toilet. Towels are not provided. Take tea/coffee with you too.
In order to open the gate, you have to solve a puzzle - pull out a spatula from behind the grid and pick the lock in a certain way.
Among the advantages, I will note cleanliness and order.
