We booked the room in advance. The wish for the room was taken into account and it's nice. The staff is very polite. We settled in quickly. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the window is amazing. Our train arrives at night, so we will arrive more than once.
We came repeatedly, but this time the attitude surprised us significantly. We have called repeatedly since May to book a room , we constantly said call two weeks in advance, we do not book in advance. As a result, we call 15 days before arrival, they say that they do not book by phone at all and you need to come after the fact (we always booked in advance and repeatedly by phone). The next day, another girl replies that everything has been booked since May. When asked how since May, if we repeatedly called in May and were told that the reservation was not accepted, only two weeks in advance. We did not receive a clear answer .It turns out that our visit to the doctor coincided with the Slavic Bazaar. As a result, the tickets were handed over and the doctor 's appointment was postponed . The attitude is certainly very strange, why dynamite??? You could have said right away that the bets were placed on other guests. I spent time and money on calls.

nice rooms, clean, spacious double room, about 16 sq.m., excellent water pressure in the shower. For 45 rubles per person it is quite enough. The reception has inexpensive juices, waters, biscuits, shampoos at the usual price. Our room looked directly onto the platform and it felt like the train was coming right at you)) But we were so tired that even I, with my insomnia, fell asleep and slept soundly until morning

I swallowed a day, the staff was polite, everything was calm, one minus in the room smelled of cigarettes, I had to buy an air freshener, because the windows faced the station square, the second floor, they probably smoke sometimes under the windows, and the windows do not fit very tightly. The room has air conditioning for heating. The refrigerator was buzzing a lot, I used the common one, near the reception. The bathroom is combined in the room. Clean everywhere, the prices are affordable. I booked the room, for free., so no problem. Next time, there are no questions where to stop. Thank you.

I stayed here on the weekend due to a reservation made in advance by email. The room has everything you need to stay. A small minus is that after the previous guests, the trash in the bathroom remained untidy and used shower gel bags were lying on the washbasin.
The view from the room through the arched windows was on the forecourt, the noise of the city was almost inaudible. Conveniently, there is a 24-hour buffet with food and drinks in the building.

Отличное место. Удобное расположение-центр города, рядом все достопримечательности, магазины, автостанция. Просторные номера. Есть всё необходимое - холодильник, микроволновка и вода холодная и горячая в кулере. Сантехника и мебель немного " уставшая ", но общего впечатления это не испортило. Это всё-таки не 5 звёзд. За эти деньги вполне приемлемо. Девушки на ресепшн всегда вежливые, всё подскажут и помогут. Рекомендую.

Очень демократично по ценам, есть все необходимое. Соотношение цена/качество корректное. Расположение отличное. На рецепциии есть большой выбор необходимой гостям продукции. Есть тарифы как суточные, так и полусуточные. Предлагаются как места в общих комнатах, так и полноценные мера с собственными санузлами. В целом очень даже.

Останавливались на сутки. Номер просторный. Всё очень чисто и аккуратно. Своя душевая, холодильник, телевизор (правда пузатый). Для ребёнка была детская кровать. На двоих взрослых символическая цена - 65 бел. руб.

Я уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом маленьком Отеле , расположенном на втором этаже ж/д вокзала. Очень скромно обставлен номер ...напоминает санаторий советских времён . Но чисто , кровати с хорошими матрасами и старенький работающий телевизор . Гостеприимный персонал приветлив . Мой поезд приходит в 03:00 . Оформление и заселение в номер произошло быстро ...и через полчаса я засыпала в уютной кровати этого милого отеля .

Очень хорошо. Совсем не дорого. Уютно. Находится в здании вокзала, что вообще очень удобно. Отдельный туалет у номера. Чисто. Приветливые сотрудники. Все рассказали, соориентировали по магазинам по ценам. Спасибо

Всегда занято, расположен на втором этаже здания вокзала, нет лифта, очень неудобно когда ты с большими тяжёлыми сумками поднимаешься на второй этаж, а там тебе говорят, мест нет. Что мешает разместить информацию на первом этаже?!
