An interesting and cool shop, I knew it since the days of the scoop, it was popular even then, especially when the guys returned home from Afghanistan, they brought video and audio equipment whenever possible, there was a problem with this at that time, they often handed it over to the store, and almost immediately bought everything, the team really was then it wasn't very good, the sellers, and the commodity expert were often rude, or maybe they were just getting ... , now everything is fine, the team has changed, a new director, a very nice woman, and the store has blossomed, so it's just nice to even go and see, and maybe buy something!

The service became cultured, polite, not like before, when the commodity expert allowed herself to give not very beautiful statements about things that were handed over to the commission, and evaluated for pennies.
The disadvantage is that the acceptance of goods is very slow, the new commodity expert often doubts and therefore the delivery process slows down.

today I came to hand over 2 things to this store-a dress and a tracksuit, to which I was sharply answered-we do not accept things-it is full!!!I immediately looked at this "crowded"-where the old clothes hung loose, without any overcrowding.Immediately some woman came for me with a whole trunk of things and, wow, they were accepted: everything, even though the store was full.I come to the store as needed-then a stool for the cottage, then a table, then a sieve, then something else))and every time I don't want to do it, because a woman who always accepts things with a sour face and is rude is nice, it's clear that she's not a flower that everyone likes, but even in such stores, the management should at least somehow explain to people about the service or not?Next time, having gone there and brought my 2 things very worthy in comparison with what is hanging there and they will refuse me, I will demand a complaint book or a link with the management to determine some points.

I rarely go to the store, but when I get to the reception hours, it always seems that the slaves came to the lady. The store is half empty (it was today), but the commodity expert refused to accept the goods to the pensioners, stating rudely that she did not need size 50 jackets, but needed size 52. The store staff is terribly rude!!! and they deceive customers! Instead of invoices, they give out some pieces of paper with a lot of corrections. And when receiving money for the goods sold, they are also taken away, which is a severe violation of financial discipline. It is quite obvious that the manager and her accountant are engaged in financial fraud and forgery of documents. It is impossible to get from them when and, most importantly, at what price your product was sold.
