Good rooms, Good Breakfast, Maybe room price is 10 to 20 % higher than what it should be. But the drawback is the city tax 4$ per person per night which was not included we had to pay extra. No other hotel all over uzbekistan asked us for city tax & we had stayed in bigger 5 star hotels as well.
Very stylish and authentic. The owner is a very nice person. Recommend to stay at least for a night.
The breakfast was a buffet with quite tasty food. I enjoyed the omelet.
Komil Boutique Hotel enjoys an excellent location — just 100 meters from Labi House, which makes it an ideal place to relax after a busy tour of Bukhara. There are several courtyards where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The design of the hotel is made in the style of ancient national architecture, which gives it a special charm and comfort.
The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help guests. Special attention should be paid to the owner of the hotel, who is often present on the spot and promptly solves any issues that arise. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: the beds are moderately hard, which ensures a comfortable sleep, and soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom.
The breakfast at the hotel is good and standard for hotels of this class, which fully meets the expectations in terms of price and quality. Overall, the Komil Boutique Hotel left a pleasant impression. I recommend it for those who are looking for an authentic and comfortable place to stay in Bukhara.
We liked the hotel. The staff is very polite. The kitchen is great. The rooms and the hall itself are in the national style, not for urbanists. The entire ancient center is nearby. There is a bathtub in the room, which is more convenient for me than a shower. Everything works, it doesn't leak. The air conditioner is normal, copes well with high heat. The doors are locked with a card lock, which is more convenient than keys. Some rooms have a safe. There is a kettle in the room and bottled water is provided. If something is missing, sugar, tea or soap, the staff kindly provides them.
The only comment to the hotel owner is to update the towels, otherwise they are no longer pure white, but with a grayish tinge.
I want to recommend this hotel. You get right into the center of history with modern quality of service. The hotel is located near the historical center. The rooms are all preserved in an old style. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
I would like to pay special attention to the customer-oriented management of the hotel. If you have any suggestions, comments, or suggestions, they will be immediately eliminated. The top management of the hotel is grateful to the tourists for their comments! I definitely recommend you to visit
A very beautiful, atmospheric hotel. Convenient location, old town, a couple of minutes to Labi house. The breakfasts are a delight, there is everything for every taste, the breakfast room itself is a separate story, very beautiful. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The only drawbacks are poor wifi.
This is not just a hotel, it is a historic house included in the UNESCO Heritage List. The atmosphere of this place is amazing, the location is excellent - a few minutes along the old winding streets and you are in the very center of old Bukhara. The rooms are authentic, but with amenities - the bathroom is quite modern, there are cosmetics - shower gel, shampoo. There are slippers, there are no bathrobes. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfasts are traditional - porridge, eggs, sliced, sweets, fruits, a coffee machine, not much, but everything is cooked decently, tasty. Drinks can be bought at the reception. Cards are not accepted, at least we were told that the terminal is not working, but this is typical for Uzbekistan. The owner of the hotel is very pleasant, almost always on site, wondering if everything is in order, asked to check out two hours later - agreed without additional payment. This hotel is straight about emotions, into the very heart of those who want to immerse themselves as much as possible.
I liked everything, I rested there for two nights. The room is clean, cool, the air conditioner is working, the bathroom is large, everything you need is there.
The breakfasts are delicious, there are cheesecakes with condensed milk. In a beautiful place. The manager is interested in how the vacation is going (I met this for the first time).
The staff is helpful and will always help.
If necessary, he will recommend places where you can eat delicious food.
At the end, you will need to pay the city tax.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere of the hotel and the flavor cannot be expressed in words, it is better to live and see for yourself. At the reception they solve all the problems associated with the hotel and there is a hypothesis that they can solve almost any problem in your life, I definitely advise you to visit here, it's like one of the sights of Bukhara!
We stayed here from September 23 to September 25, 2024. The service and the hotel itself are at the highest level! If you arrive by the standard check-in time, you will be met and accommodated personally by the owner of the hotel - Comille. It is important for the reception staff that you do not need anything during your stay here, so they will often, but not obsessively, be interested in your well-being, which is very pleasant. The territory of the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are very tasty. There are laundry and ironing services, if necessary, you can have lunch and dinner in the dining room of the hotel, provided that you discuss this with the staff and make an order in advance. A lot has already been written about the historical part of the hotel by previous commentators. In general, solid 5 stars and our recommendations!
Thank you very much for your hospitality. A warm welcome from the hosts. Excellent delicious homemade breakfasts. The location is super close to the old town. I highly recommend it.
We stayed for two days, it's an amazing place in terms of surroundings.... Wonderful staff.. and good breakfasts .
I will separately note the manager (owner) , a wonderful person!
A good place, near the center, it is better to take a room with a view of the old courtyard, for example # 17, for two people, unlike # 35, where all Windows face the street, stuffiness, air conditioning can not cope
Everything is fine at the hotel: excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, excellent location. But everyone can boast of this, plus or minus. The special thrill in Kamila is aesthetics. Breakfasts in the premises of the XIX century. Rooms with carved ceilings. You really don't see this much anywhere.
If you want to immerse yourself, with a shaman guide, in the atmosphere of ancient Bukhara, to see the unforgettable flavor and hospitality of the Komil Hotel staff, then this is the place for you.
Luxurious rooms, a cozy atmosphere, smiling faces, this is all that a tired traveler needs from the road. Healthy breakfasts, transfer assistance and much more will be offered to you at the Komil Hotel.
Good luck to everyone and have a good trip with me.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful - wonderful rooms (spacious, clean, with everything you need), great breakfasts, old beautiful grounds. The whole impression was spoiled by the moment of departure. We had a night check-out and when checking out at night, the boys at the reception, embarrassed and Julia, began to demand a tourist tax from us. Why this was not done at check-in is a question! Maybe this is our last day and we've spent it all. No one said a word about the tax the whole time they were here. It feels like that's how boys earn money. In general, the impression was greatly spoiled. Since we were checking out at night, we were asked to make lunch boxes instead of breakfast - we were told that they would assemble "richly". In principle, we expected this, considering what luxurious breakfasts were at the hotel. We have collected a piece of bread and half a cucumber!
I really liked the atmospheric authentic place with all the comfort of a modern tourist. Delicious and varied breakfasts, very pleasant and diligent staff! Be sure to stay here!
This is not a modern hotel. An entire epoch of the old time has been preserved, ancient frescoes are in the room, and there is an immersion in history. Its own flavor. I like to stay in places like this.
A wonderful atmospheric hotel. Excellent, really delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, very clean room. There is nothing to complain about. At the hotel, dollars are exchanged for soums at the normal exchange rate, you can arrange an exchange through Sberbank online. I recommend.
A wonderful hotel in a nineteenth-century building. We've been here twice already. Modest but very tasty breakfasts in an old 19th century living room. Very convenient location, three minutes from the historical center. Convenient access for taxis. Special thanks to Komil, the owner of the hotel, for a wonderful stay. Be sure to take an excursion-transfer to Samarkand from Komil. We saw the desert, swam in the lake, went to the potters in Gijevan, visited the spring in Nurat. There are a lot of impressions.
A cool authentic hotel! Cozy courtyards, Uzbek decor, and what delicious breakfasts in an ancient room. A very warm welcome! The sights are within walking distance, 10 minutes by car to the airport
Enchanted by this hotel! The family-run hotel is located in an old building of the 19th century, with cozy rooms decorated in the style of the summer residence of the last emir of Bukhara, with galleries and passages, with charming courtyards.
I would especially like to say about the restaurant: the details of the 19th century painting, carved wooden windows, a terrace are carefully preserved in the room. Delicious varied breakfasts, polite pleasant staff. Located in the historical part of the city, close to all attractions.
A great chamber hotel if you want to plunge into the atmosphere of previous centuries. Pleasant owners, cozy atriums, clean pleasant rooms, delicious and very comprehensive breakfast... rolled out like a bun)) Thank you for the atmosphere and comfort!
A very cozy hotel in the old town.
A quiet, peaceful place. The staff is friendly and competent.
The breakfasts are delicious, everyone will find something to eat in the morning)) in a very atmospheric place!
An authentic hotel in the merchant's house. Different rooms. I took a spacious (apparently a suite) and the room is really big with ceilings under 4 m. Of the modern ones, only the bathroom and it is, in fact, like in a cheap hotel. There are no complaints about the rest - it is very colorful, quiet, in the center, close to many attractions and restaurants.
The boutique hotel is located in the historical center of the city. Our city tour started at the door of the hotel. By the way, they are very beautiful. I really liked that we were shown 2 rooms and given the opportunity to choose which one we like best. The rooms are all different and interesting. It was nice to live in such an unusual room. The room where we had breakfast has been preserved since the 19th century and I specially sat down in a new place every time to look at the walls. There was an assortment for every taste for breakfast, although it did not change, but it would not get boring in 3 days. I really liked the attitude towards the guests. Before our departure, a woman from the same city as us forgot her pajamas in the room, and the receptionist asked us to hand them over.
Atmospheric unusual hotel in an old building. The interior and the spirit of the times and the local flavor are preserved as much as possible. Excellent work of the staff, hearty and rich breakfasts. Comfortable beds, everything you need. Very nice rooms
A very pleasant hotel. Caring staff. A wonderful attentive host. Authentic interior. Great breakfasts. If I come to Bukhara again, I will stay only here!
Good service, pleasant staff, comfortable beds) great breakfast!!! I recommend. The owner treats all the guests as dear guests!!! Organized a transfer, a guide, a cake)))
An authentic hotel. Old low doors at the entrance to the bathroom (take care of your head!), plumbing is not high-tech, delicious breakfasts, polite staff. Convenient location. In general, I recommend it!
Such a stunningly cozy and colorful place! Atmospheric, sincere, the warmth and national spirit of the city are felt, the interiors of old Bukhara are reverently preserved, especially in the breakfast room. In terms of amenities, everything is quite modern and well integrated. The staff is wonderful! the young guys are mostly attentive, well-mannered, sensitive, and the owner himself is generally charming! He is hospitable, responsive, absolutely tactful and always ready to help, advise where to see, try, be impressed! If to Bukhara, then only to his hotel! The breakfasts are delicious, slightly adapted to European taste, and you can perfectly start the day with them). From each room you can go out to some kind of patio, sit, breathe the air, enjoy bird conversations), or just chat with friends. Apparently, several old houses are connected and complemented (organically) modern buildings. The light flair of the passages and stairs gives an unusual character to the hotel👌🏽
The hotel is super, authentic room, 19th century, beautiful and atmospheric! Lots of courtyards, stairs, cozy! Helpful staff, the location of the hotel is excellent, located in the old town, everything is within walking distance
A wonderful hotel 300 meters from the historical center of Bukhara. A huge room (50 meters, the one we lived in). The owner of the Komil hotel organized everything perfectly, helped with the selection of restaurants of authentic cuisine, advised where it is better to buy a SIM card. Excellent herbal tea, espresso is on the level. The rooms are cleaned every day and at a very high level. The hotel is quiet. The WI-FI is good. The historic hall of the IXX century is under the protection of UNESCO. Big r
The first hotel from which the acquaintance with Uzbekistan began. Convenient location inside the old town, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Arrived early in the morning, met, settled, fed) for adequate money, of course. The guys at the reception are great fellows, they will tell you, tell you, recommend good cafes and restaurants. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Komil, who promptly responds to all requests. This is a good four - clean, cozy, the food area is just fantastic, it has preserved its flavor and culture of Uzbekistan!! The breakfasts are varied and delicious)
At first there was a strange feeling, a 19th century house, as if nothing had changed since that time, outside and inside the courtyard. Everything is dilapidated. But the rooms are better than I thought, looking at the courtyard. The breakfast is a good buffet. Solid three
Stunning with its antiquity (in a good way) cozy rooms in oriental style. Everyone is different. We lived downstairs. The room faced the courtyard with an open sky. Unusual. Everything you need is in the room.
A cozy hotel located in the old town. You immerse yourself in history. The rooms are simple, but the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Delicious breakfasts.
The hotel is very, very beautiful: the interiors are in the national style, the dining room has preserved its original appearance, the doors are like a separate work of art. It is located in the historical place of Bukhara, very convenient.
Separately, I would like to mention the staff and the Comil itself - a very reverent attitude towards the guest, always responsive to questions.
We will be happy to return.
A super cool hotel, which is among the TOP 25 oldest hotels in the world. Excellent staff, clean and delicious breakfast. The preserved atmosphere of the 19th century oriental house is very impressive. Murals on the walls and wooden ceilings. Shutters and doors that are more than 100 years old!
An amazing place: it is located in a former Jewish quarter, so both the synagogue and the Jewish cemetery are nearby. At the same time, the national flavor and atmosphere of the era of the emirs and khans are really preserved. The breakfasts are full, even too much, I would say: no one will definitely stay hungry: cottage cheese, yogurt, omelette, pancakes, croutons, sweets, fruits… The rooms are in the same style, but more modest than the "refectory". The bathroom was pleasantly surprised, in Europe it is rare in such a plan of boutique hotels. Special thanks to the host and the team. I usually book through Booking, but in light of recent events in Russia, I had to use Yandex. I calculated the check-in time incorrectly, did not take into account the long transfer, and asked the operator to move the dates. They wrote that they had been refused. Of course, I didn't believe it and contacted the hotel myself. It turned out to be no problem and was even placed at 6 a.m. The only drawback is audibility and repairs, but these are small things.
It's beautiful and interesting, like in a museum. To see - yes, to live - no. The breakfasts are tasteless and meager, in fairness I will say that this is the case in almost all hotels in Bukhara and Samarkand. The price tag is fantastic, and the owner is also terribly cunning. Upon arrival, a room for three is $ 85, you can pay at the eviction, but the price is already $ 92, like I forgot what price I originally said. Transfer to the train station is 10 dollars !!! For comparison: Yandex - taxi is 2.5 dollars! Two houses down the same street , the hotel is simpler , but the breakfasts are much better and the price is $ 40 . We moved there for the last day of our stay.
Super! The authenticity of the rooms and everything else, the owner is always at the hotel and can tell his story).Very tasty breakfasts. In general, I liked everything!
An amazing place to stay, delicious breakfasts, unique atmosphere, comfortable rooms, excellent location

An incredible hotel, a real oriental fairy tale, you want to look at and photograph every corner, a magical atmosphere in the heart of Bukhara.
Very friendly and hospitable host. Kindly arranged for us a transfer and a great city tour with a professional guide.
We will definitely come back again!
Definitely, we recommend you to visit.
The hotel is very good
Bright
Staff at the level of
We were with the family and everyone was satisfied
Very convenient location
5 min from Labi House and to other attractions of the city of Bukhara
We decided to stay in this hotel in Bukhara after watching a movie on YouTube about a couple's travels in Uzbekistan. We were not disappointed. Or rather, they were just delighted. I am delighted with the reception, accommodation, staff relations and just the atmosphere and flavor of the East, literally reigning within the walls of this family-run hotel. Its owner Komil is directly involved in the life of the hotel. He meets himself, communicates with visitors, which is very expensive. For a reasonable price (5,500 rubles per day), we got a great oriental-style room with a bathroom, air conditioning, a table, a wardrobe, a huge bed. Everything is serviceable, clean, and sound. In the morning, breakfast in the style of "Swiss table". Many positions. Eggs, porridge, fruits and vegetables, a lot of sweets. You can really get enough right before dinner.))) The hotel is located almost in the center, within walking distance of many sights of Bukhara. Many thanks to the hotel staff, and separately to its owner Komil for a warm welcome, for help in difficulties. I definitely recommend this hotel to all tourists. To everyone who appreciates comfort, sincerity, beauty and flavor of the East, you are here.
Positive:
A wonderful hotel! I join all the laudatory reviews! This is a family business, now Kamil runs the hotel - they contacted us on all issues, everything was quickly resolved in the best possible way.
And in general, the service is at the highest level!
The location is convenient - close to the main attractions, restaurants, cafes and a Deli. But quietly.
The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful: 3 types of cereals, omelets and scrambled eggs, pancakes, sweets, nuts, yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and herbs. We were on Navruz - we were treated to sumalek for breakfast (sweetness from sprouted wheat is made on Navruz). Thank you very much! Tea and packaged coffee are free of charge. I especially liked their herbal tea with milk!
We offered a massage for 1 hour for $ 20 - wonderful, if you have free time, then be sure to try it!
They asked us to put us in room 8, I highly recommend it. Others are also good (looked into the empty ones), but this one is luxurious! The hotel has several cozy courtyards, sitting in the evening in March, looking at the evening sky and swifts, and then at the stars - it's unforgettable!
Not minuses, but points of growth:
Teas at breakfast are free, the rest of the time for 10,000 soums. In hotels in other cities that we traveled to in Uzbekistan, teas and other soft drinks were always free and even with all kinds of dried fruits and cookies, although the hotels were cheaper.
Coffee machine for a fee, 20,000 soums cup, tasteless, it is better to go to a German coffee shop nearby.
The mattresses in room 8 are rumpled, it's a pity.
But in general, we thank Bukhara and the hotel for a wonderful stay!
