Perhaps one of the best accommodation options in Minsk in the inexpensive segment in terms of price and quality for those traveling by car.
On the plus side: - spacious room, clean, there is a kitchen and dishes. Although there is no air conditioning, but it was tolerable at night (early July 2024, +32 outside during the day) due to the curtained windows in the room and open windows at night).
Of the cons, I didn't notice much, it's probably inconvenient to get without a car, it's probably a long way to the subway on foot. A quiet area at the junction of modern buildings and the private sector. It is quiet, there is Parking for a car, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the center. I recommend.

We really liked the apart-hotel! I advise you to stop here. Closed parking, full room amenities, breakfast at the conference cafe, where, by the way, delicious and affordable prices. The services are excellent. The maids are all amazing👍The location is great. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. I didn't see any disadvantages.

A comfortable enough place. I did not think that this hotel would also be like an apartment for ordinary people. That is, someone did not sell the premises for the hotel or something like that. The place itself is very comfortable, the food is very tasty, taking into account the breakfasts that I managed to try. But something was not correctly calculated for us, as part of a business trip, which caused everything to go into additional expenses, but this is not so critical. We really liked this apartment hotel, especially since dogs are allowed, this was the main criterion for choosing, and parking is available. Quick check-in, I asked all the questions in advance by whatsapp. The apartment is spacious, everything is clean, there was no dust anywhere. On the day of arrival there were soap, shower gel, shampoo, hats. The fabric curtain in the bathroom was straining with separate black spots of mold along the edge, the curtains can be soaked in chlorine and washed more often. There is everything for cooking from the dishes, there was even a sponge and detergent in the dispenser above the sink. So in the evening we bought food at the "Neighbors", in the morning we had breakfast at home) For me, there were only two disadvantages: the lack of air conditioning (we got on a hot weekend), but they gave me a floor fan, and the design of the beds. The double mattress is comfortable, of medium stiffness, but the base of the bed knocks against the wooden frame, so every turn from side to side is a knock, and in the silence of the night it just seems like a thunderclap))) The recommendation to the owners of the hotel is to make some kind of thin foam layer between the frame and the base.

A great apartment hotel. Nice rooms with everything you need: dishes, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, microwave, TV with lots of channels, Wi-Fi. The renovation is fresh and maintained. There is no fatigue in the rooms. Convenient large parking lot. Near the metro and shops. There is a playground in the yard.

We went to this hotel for three years in a row, the first two years everything was relatively good. This time I am most disappointed with this hotel.
1. We were first settled in a room without a washing machine, we had to ask to be moved.
As a result, they gave me a very tired room.
The machine had to be moved to connect it to an outlet, they stepped over this cord every time they washed it.
2. Sponges for dishes were not given, I had to buy my own. And even when we bought it, the maids didn't bother to put a sponge on us.
3. The buzzing alarm in the room, apparently, the battery was running out, for a long time they could not understand where the sound was coming from.
4. I left a T-shirt on the bed, it was taken away along with the bed linen.
5. Fat in the joints between the hob and the countertop, as if it were so difficult to walk with azelite or anti-fat, there were also stains on the coffee table, apparently from the hot dishes of past guests.
In general, the impression has deteriorated very much.
There was no curtain in the tub.
There is no air conditioning in the room, it was very hot, it was unbearable to sleep.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, nice bed linen. A quiet place, a little walk and there will be a metro station. Shops are also within walking distance. We liked it 👍

I've been staying for years. I like everything. The room is two-room. A separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. There are dishes, kettle, stove, microwave, refrigerator. You can cook it yourself or reheat it. It's warm and clean. Cleaning and changing of towels is carried out regularly, dishes are washed. One of the disadvantages is low noise insulation, neighbors can be heard from all sides.
During this race, an extra double bed was installed in the living room. Apparently, they are preparing for the New Year holidays.

The best place to stay in Minsk! Apartments. Large area, good furniture, mattresses, cleaning every day with towel replacement. Friendly and helpful staff. A full-fledged refrigerator, stove and dishes (pots and pans, plates, appliances) . It is possible to book accommodation with breakfast (good hearty breakfasts with nat. Coffee). Nearby are Euroopt grocery stores and neighbors. The metro is 7 minutes on foot. Own parking. I recommend you to stay. You will be satisfied!

We were in the 12th to 14th of July. The staff is polite and helpful. The apartment is clean. However, one towel was stained, after washing in the machine, the stains disappeared. The location is good, there are shops and cafes nearby, parking is normal. but! They have breakfast from a nearby cafe, but it lives its own life. They wrote to us in less than a day that according to those.for reasons of canceling breakfasts, they offered to give out "dry food" for 2 days from Friday evening, they refused. But there are shops nearby, there is a kitchen, not a problem. But the heat is + 32 and without air conditioning! This is of course a tin, the issued fan did not save. Of course, I do not know their economy, but the lack of air conditioning in services nowadays.... Although there are barely a dozen of them in the entire residential complex. Apparently everyone is saving on them. I'll bet four, but with a big stretch.

Not a bad hotel with a good location. Nice spacious rooms. Of the disadvantages, there is not enough cooking equipment in the kitchen, two of the four comfort plates on the stove did not work, the wall in the bathroom was dirty, as if in mold, the corridor behind the washing machine. I wish the staff would pay more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise, it is a very poor option for living.

Everything is fine. The reception, the receptionist is nice and friendly. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, everything works. The price tag would like to be slightly lower, but perhaps this is a problem of the ruble exchange rate. I paid for the world with a card. And it's inconvenient that the check-in starts at a certain time. If you need to check in before 12, an additional surcharge is charged. But that's probably how all hotels work.

The best place that gave us a fairy tale! Exactly what we were looking for! Full comfort, the place where you want to return. A nice comfortable room for two with a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. And shops are nearby and the metro is within walking distance and the shopping center is nearby behind the railway. Everything that was necessary for us. The staff is excellent, friendly, sociable, they will always tell you everything, show you. We plan to return in the autumn.

We spent three nights. Room for three. The room was clean, but the bathroom location was sooooo inconvenient, it was impossible to reach the faucet only if you climbed into the bathtub itself. There is no lock or even a latch on the toilet door. There were two people sleeping on the bed, if someone decides to turn over on the other side, the second one sways like on the waves. It feels like you're about to fall out of bed. For four days, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for three people, but towels were changed every day (it's hard to call them snow-white). They only gave one room key, which was also inconvenient.

A wonderful hotel. There were 4 people in the family, 3 adults and a child. The apartment is clean, fresh, high-quality renovation. The room has a washing machine, stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware. Of the minor, insignificant inconveniences - the lack of a colander in the kitchen and mosquito nets. It was hot, there was no ice cream, but there were insects. But it's true, quibbles. The staff is friendly. The kettle broke, it was changed in a couple of hours. There is a parking lot with a slag heap, the keys to it are given out. There is a grocery store within walking distance, open until 23.

Apartments in a residential building.
For a hotel, it's cheap, for apartments for rent, it's expensive.
A decent alternative to cramped hotel rooms: a full-size apartment is at your disposal.
The house was built in 2012; there is some fatigue in the upholstery.
Which is easily compensated by a large area and a decent cafe at the end of another building (Opening hours are only inconvenient: breakfast from 08.00, on Saturday, from 09.00?! But the lunchbox can be picked up in the evening, which suits everyone).
The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to meet.
Everything is simple, understandable, at home.
The metro is not far away, where authentic grandmother's houses have been preserved, drowning in pear orchards.
I liked the country very much: discipline, cleanliness and order. Everything is high quality!

Great room, spacious, clean, with a balcony. The place is quiet, no one bothers to sleep. Spacious bathroom. Towels were changed daily. Special thanks to the guys at the reception. We arrived earlier, after a sleepless night on the train, we were broken, we were told that the room was free and we could check in. Very, very grateful!
There is a parking lot, a shop in the next house, a cafe. It's a little far from the subway, but not critical.

About 7 t. rub. the rooms are clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, it was very hot and the windows were opened. But not far from the railway station and unloaded something all night, there was a roar of iron. We didn't sleep well all night. The rooms have the necessary utensils, but there is nothing to wash it with. There is a washing machine, but no washing powder. Have been in similar apparatuses, usually leave dispensers, capsules and software. In general, everything is fine, but the heat and noise have done their job

An unusual format. It's like you're in a hotel, but the access system makes you feel like you're in an ordinary rented apartment. The room was clean, fresh bed linen, towel, bathroom accessories, but I would still highlight a few disadvantages:
- good audibility (you can even hear what the neighbors are talking about behind the wall)
- some dishes and appliances were poorly washed
- in the kitchen, one very small towel was catastrophically small, I would like paper napkins more
- there is tea, salt, pepper, sugar, but no butter
- I agree that it would be possible to add disposable slippers to the room. The floor was very cold in autumn

Great hotel. Clear. Modern. Daily cleaning service. We rented a room with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is a lot of space in the room. There was a sponge, dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels in the kitchen. Comfortable mattresses. Snow-white bed linen and towels. Extra pillows and blankets were also available in the closet. To the center by car 10 min. We booked using the voc. For the May holidays. Despite the workload, the staff found the right room for us. Very clean, cozy. Spacious room with modern comfortable furniture. Separately, I was pleased with the excellent bed with perfect linens, the presence of a loggia and a washing machine :) when we return to Minsk again, from now on we will stay only in Comfort!
Oh yes, another big plus is the presence of a Conference cafe in the neighboring house, where delicious breakfasts are served and, in general, an excellent menu at very pleasant prices.

We stopped by after the Jubilee in the center, from hell to heaven, everything is there, clean, spacious. 2 times cheaper, 10 times more convenient. The metro is not far away, so you can get to the center in 20 minutes. The apartment has everything, and even what is not useful, the administrator will call a taxi to get around the city or to the airport at any time.
