The issue of treatment was cleaning from dust and replacing thermal paste in my PC. The service was performed well. Additionally, I asked the master to order and install a cooler on the processor. The master gave me some tips and advice on selecting the right model, after which I selected and sent it to the company's Viber. After a couple of days, everything was ready. My verdict is everything is great. I really liked the masters in the company and their responsiveness and desire to help the client. I went to this service center with extreme caution, because I had a bad experience with PC maintenance before. The terms of the contract were a little alarming, but I decided to take a chance. As a result, I was satisfied with the result. I can recommend it, because the masters are good.

Acquired an MFP from the Color Wave company in August 2023. I was very worried about scanning and the masters were not too lazy, downloaded the drivers and demonstrated on their PC that everything works. And they also gave me drivers for Windows 10 on a flash drive. But, for some reason, the scanning driver did not work correctly on my native laptop or did not work at all. I've been trying different drivers and different scanning programs for several days. Stable and correct operation of the scanner did not work. I called Colorwave asking for help. At first, I was scared that I might have to reinstall the operating system and offered to come with my PC and MFP (to link them for sure). The masters coped in 15-25 minutes. We have identified the source of the problem. It turned out to be a long old pinched cable. The drivers have been debugged. I tried scanning myself several times by creating new profiles and everything worked fine. As a bonus, the USB port was repaired in the laptop! Everything has been working steadily for a week now! Thanks to the masters and the colorwave company! I recommend it!
I've been looking for someone to entrust laptop repair to for a long time, I found it based on reviews and did not regret it! I was also pleased with the price tag. The guys have a convenient location, right next to the subway. I called, they told me everything, explained everything. I arrived on the same day and everything was promptly done. My problem was solved by reinstalling the operating system, dusting and replacing the ssd drive. By the evening of the same day, everything was done. They do everything clearly and quickly, with knowledge of the matter. I recommend it to everyone!

In March 2022, the Color Wave Service Center "flashed" the HP Laser MFP 135w printer, purchased in November 2021, so that you can reuse your cartridge after refilling with the appropriate printing material. The Color Wave Service Center positioned itself in my eyes as a company with a good reputation. But after my request for the above service, I was very disappointed.
1. The completed work was guaranteed for only 60 days. If you do your job so well, then why is the warranty period so short?
2. The company takes advantage of the fact that customers are not able to independently assess the complexity of a particular job. They are put in a desperate position to pay a higher price for the work done when the device for repair or modernization is in the hands of the company. As a result, the price was paid exactly 2 times higher than the price for the same work in other similar companies.
3. And most importantly, why am I writing this review. The printer worked with this "firmware" for only 1 year and 2 months. I consider it unacceptable to pay a quarter of the cost of the printer every year for a new firmware.
4. Having contacted another service center at the moment, the printer was diagnosed and produced a high-quality "firmware", which was downloaded not as a pirated version, but officially purchased. I judge by the fact that they gave a 1-year warranty for their work and the "firmware". At the same time, the repair price for me turned out to be more than 1.5 times less than the price at the Color Wave service center 1 year and 2 months ago, despite the increase in prices for all services in general during this period.
5. The main conclusion: do not contact the Color Wave service center for any services with various devices.
After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the printer at another service center, I contacted Color Wave. The situation was such that all deadlines for work were on fire, the printer was urgently needed. We didn't get rid of it, we helped with advice, we repaired everything in a day! To say that I was satisfied is not to say anything. Thanks a lot! Polite staff, experienced craftsmen. I advise everyone!

We carry our Epson l210 printer only here if it needs repair. We have been applying for 4 years now. We always get excellent service. They always meet us halfway when we ask for repairs as soon as possible. Our printer is always repaired on the day of the request, this is extremely important for us, because we need a printer at work all the time. 40p was taken for dust cleaning, they said that the fan was not removable, and it needed to be changed.
The fan was taken from the warehouse for another day, then replaced.
I took the laptop, brought it home, turned it on - but the valve does not work.
I brought the laptop back and listened to amazing stories.
And the wrong Chinese fan, which is not friendly with the laptop firmware (The laptop was in your hands, you chose and ordered the spare part yourself, why did you choose it so wrong?)
And, perhaps, the bios in the laptop is not the right system, and it is impossible to find documentation on the Internet for it.
And maybe I broke this fan myself while I was carrying the laptop home.
Like the cherry on the cake, the workshop director said that they could still replace the fan, but it would take at least 5 days. 5 days to replace the fan in the laptop, Carl!!! Moreover, they somehow doubted the result.
In a nearby workshop, the procedure took an hour and cost less.
40 rubles for cleaning the dust was not returned to me, by the way, "Well, we did the job."
I answer: You did a job that was not needed, you did not fix the malfunction, you showed your complete incompetence.
The workshop is next to the house, but from now on I will not take any device there, and I do not advise others.

In Colorado, the native mother was repaired for 150 rubles in 3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that the 2 missing buttons on the keyboard were delivered as a bonus, even though I didn't ask for it))) In general, there are good craftsmen there.
I contacted ColorWave about printer repairs. I was very pleased with the conscientious attitude of the employees to their work and to their clients. Instead of the attendant: "Bring it - we'll figure it out", everyone was questioned, consulted, explained, and offered options.
The repairs were carried out quickly: the next morning they called back and said that everything was ready.
They did not impose anything, but sincerely tried to find the best solution. They explained the real state of affairs, unlike some other companies, which just want to cut down more money, so they exaggerate existing problems or come up with non-existent ones.
Without a doubt, I will contact this company again, at least to refill the cartridge. I hope the printer will work properly for a long time ;).
