A very competent, professional approach to all matters, from choosing a photo to organizing a memorial table. Ulyana was always in touch, all the moments were thought out a few steps ahead. They didn't just share our grief with us, but took full responsibility for all organizational issues. Special thanks to the staff who carried the coffin in their arms along the broken road, along which the minibus could not pass.
