Studying in the first year, I will tell you what is visible from my bell tower. Polite teachers (you are always addressed by your full name and with maximum respect), loyal administration. And the most important thing, I think, is well-mannered students. It's nothing compared to school. No bullying, name-calling. A pleasant team. Plus the payment of degrees to students on a free basis.
