08/31/24 spent the night with my family at the Koldovskoe Ozero estate. Beautiful nature, lake. Everything would be fine, but unsanitary conditions. Dirty dishes, namely: frying pan, saucepan, plates, mugs, skewers for kebabs!! Dead flies and wasps lay everywhere on the windowsills. It was cold, the old sofas, and indeed all the furniture. Even the door to the toilet did not close properly, and in the morning the hot water disappeared altogether. And a mouse ran under the refrigerator in the kitchen!!! In general, it was dirty and damp. I don't recommend it!!

Every year, my friends and children and I went camping with tents, but this year we had to choose a house. So we came here. There was a lot of space in the house, there were enough beds for everyone, there was clean linen, BUT a couple of sofas were already completely "worn out" (in the pits), there were no mosquito nets on the windows and we had to spend the night with the windows closed, so it was very stuffy and hot. There were dry insects everywhere on the windowsills, not the first freshness, obviously they had not been cleaned for a long time! The refrigerator did not freeze well, they were afraid that the products would spoil, interruptions in water pressure. There were dishes, but there were a lot of questions about cleanliness. There is a large gazebo on the street, but it turned out to be paid. But what is there to pay for if the windows were dirty, the benches were half broken and the floor was dirty. There is no place to sit near the barbecue. The grass on the site was not mowed. The bathhouse was not bad, but the heat was leaving quickly, I did not sweat much. There were swings and turntables for children on the territory. There were still a lot of wasps, we found 4 nests at least, it was possible to remove them, and not breed even more. Conclusion, if you take money and not small from people, then the conditions should be appropriate.

A great place, vacationing in August 2024 with a group of friends. There were a lot of people, but there was enough space for everyone, as there is a very comfortable gazebo on the street and there is a lot of space in the house. The hostess of the house is a wonderful and responsive person with whom you can solve any issue that arises during your booking and directly visiting the place. I advise everyone!

I do not recommend this place for rest to anyone, because your whole vacation will be ruined!
The house was dirty, you couldn't walk barefoot on the floor, the kitchen section was dirty, dirty dishes were piled in the sink, glasses from previous guests! the plot is not mowed down, it is impossible to walk normally, the grill is in a very sad condition, the floor grates are rotten, they are propping up the grill! there are 150-170 meters to the lake (I said on the phone that 30-50 and there is an exit to the lake with a pontoon) in fact, there is nothing like that, everything is half broken, half collapsed, the windows do not close, the racks hang on the stairs, the door does not close to the bathroom, in general, some disgusting emotions remained! The whole vacation is ruined! I don't go there anymore and I won't advise anyone, I didn't find out anything with the hostess and figure it out, I don't see the point in this! Avoid this place!

On July 31, 2021, we visited the farmstead "Koldovskoe Lake".
The hostess Nadezhda met us, showed us the house, she did not announce any special rules of stay, we paid the money and she left. A few hours later, friends came to us, whose visit was also arranged in advance. Around 17.00, Nadezhda and her assistant arrived to heat the bathhouse. Nadezhda made a remark that country chairs should not be taken out of the house. Although, unfortunately, there is no place to relax in the fresh air. We returned the furniture to the house and continued the evening in the grill house, also separately paid in advance. Having heated the bathhouse, the hostess left and offered to solve our questions by phone.
Unfortunately, the bathhouse was flooded. But it was impossible to steam: the steam went into the cracks between the logs. There was real soot in the steam room. Nadezhda reacted sharply to my call. She replied that "everyone was always satisfied with everything." A constructive conversation did not work out, and the hostess hung up the phone.
Within an hour, I wrote to Nadezhda on the VKontakte social network asking her to provide a book of comments and suggestions on the morning of August 1. The hostess replied that they were not entitled to this book. During the correspondence, Nadezhda asked us to vacate the house. As a result of this "hospitality", the children and I spent the night in the car.
Please take action. We wanted to resolve the issue peacefully. But Nadezhda was determined and answered in a harsh manner, allowing herself to disrespect me as an interlocutor. To avoid such complaints later, it is necessary to monitor the cleanliness of the house, which is rented for money, monitor the condition of plumbing and sewerage (the toilet did not flush, the boiler did not work) and repair or build a new bathhouse, leaving which you will not need to wash off soot.
