We went to Saryagash Kokterek for the first time.
First of all, we arrived two days earlier (I got the dates mixed up), but they accepted us anyway, they said it was okay. They gave us a luxury room, and the girl at the reception is very polite.
The dining room is so-so, I didn't like the food. The treatment is excellent. Cultural events in the evenings, we drove to Tashkent!
For 2025, Saryagash took back, only Marzhan Su.

Before that, we had a rest at the Kokterek sanatorium twice. That was 5-6 years ago. We decided to stop by again, but it was reckless. The sanatorium looks tired during this time. The room is a junior suite, the furniture is shabby, the shower is partially working, the bathroom is dark, there are not enough outlets, the dryer is rusty, etc. The equipment is all old, the staff is not qualified enough, including medical staff. One feels complete indifference. The only thing is that the food is good, and I'm grateful to the chefs for that. I wish the team to overcome all obstacles and achieve a high level of service in the future.

They do everything on purpose out of spite. The IIN was incorrectly indicated, returned to the floor of the road. So-as I arrived for the first time in paperwork unknown.. When submitting the documents, the outpatient book was not put in, it was necessary to receive compensation from the company. As a result, I'm waiting for a fax. The food is great, the treatment is bad, the salt room is bad, their bath is also of little use.. I didn't drink these supposedly infusions-the water is precious.. I don't recommend it.. 👎👎The whole vacation was ruined.

My friend and I went to Chotkol (Uzbekistan) for treatment, which we regretted.We stayed exactly a day, turned around, took the money and went to the village.We stopped in the corner.We were glad that we made such a decision In Kokterek everything is at the HIGHEST level, you can put 10 out of 10. Cinema and discos, as they say in the advertisement, and yes, and the fitness room is just a fire, a broken exercise bike, a Soviet gym, with one ball, broken beds are there, the cinema is a broken processor without sound, the treatment is not bad but this money is not worth it at all!
