The worst place for education. They don't teach. They are deceptively lured. Tuition is more expensive every year. Good grades for bribes. The top three is always automatic. Those who graduated from Arna College cannot pick up their diplomas, because they were sent to KUAM for compulsory further education. They give the diploma only after writing an application with a valid reason. Constant extortion and blackmail.
