Nice hotel, helpful staff, everything is great! The mattresses are soft, the bed is snow-white, the buffet breakfast is served, the lake is nearby, steaks and medallions are incredibly tasty in the cafe, I got a gastronomic pleasure, the portions are huge, they sang beautifully in karaoke. ) Thanks for a great vacation !

The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious, the territory is huge, with children's entertainment, indoor pool + sauna, children's room, beach. Everything would be great, there are small BUT, or big ones - to whom as). We stopped by - they didn't give us bracelets to enter the beach, without them 1000 tenge per person, then they let us in without bracelets, then they don't let us in. The thing that killed me is that we live as a family in a hotel, breakfast is included, we come for lunch/dinner and charge 10% for service every time. I work at the hotel myself, we don't do that with guests. On the last day, we were not charged this 10%, a reasonable question arises - could we not have taken it?) And finally, on the day of departure, we decided to take an additional payment for an additional one.a place that was paid for in advance by the voucher. Instead of figuring it out in advance, they began to prove to me that their cost had risen, and we paid less, to my remark that everything was indicated in the voucher, they said that the voucher was in the accounting department, which does not work on Saturday. In the end, we barely figured it out, but it was extremely unpleasant.

A great hotel, with very comfortable living conditions! Its own territory with playgrounds, a sports ground, closed Parking for guests! Your way to the beach! Friendly staff! Delicious cuisine (quite diverse)! The prices are all acceptable! There is a large swimming pool, a gym! I recommend it for a vacation!
