We waited a very long time for our order, which consisted of only two salads. After forty minutes of waiting, the waiter came and explained that they were serving a banquet. The administrator was absent. Ginger tea is water and ginger poured with boiling water. As a result, there is a colorless liquid in the cup. In a tuna salad, the tuna is raw, to our question why, the answer is such a serving. And we didn't wait for the second salad at all. It's amazing that someone leaves positive feedback about this place. The only ugly cafe of all that we visited in Belarus.

I visited the institution today. I really liked the design and equipment.
What about the menu:
I really liked the beef carpacho.
I love this dish, as experience has shown, it is easy to spoil it, BUT Coconut on the head is delicious!
Delicious glass and side dish, BUT to my personal surprise, they did not ask about roasting (degree). They served it with blood (just a little bit). The taste of blood did not worry about anything and the glass turned out to be very juicy, soft and delicious! The shrimp rolls didn't surprise me. There were the usual ones, for 4 (carpacho and glass for 5+).
I didn't like the soy sauce. It is very concentrated, so it turns out very salty! It really interrupts the taste of rolls.
There are no complaints about wasabi and ginger. Not spicy and light, it's nice to eat. I was unpleasantly surprised that ginger, sauce and wasabi are paid extra, i.e. when you are served rolls if you do not take extra, then nothing will happen! There's nothing to wet it with! I encountered this in 2012 for the first and last time.
Next, bruschetta with salmon and dried tomatoes.
To my chagrin, and again for the first time I come across this, bruschetta is just bread. It is not thermally treated. In fact, they bring you a sandwich.
Homemade lemonade.
I tried it, gave it to my companion, and eventually asked him to just take it away.
To my taste, it was an exhausted Essentuki mineral water with sourness and wild bitterness at the end. There are no sweets and few sodas. Subjectively, it's a nightmare. Well, or just not mine!
But then again there is a BUT,
Waitress Daria smoothed out all the corners!
She took the lemonade, after listening to what I didn't like very much and offered another one, after 6 seconds she brought a heavenly-colored yummy.
The girl was very tactful and sweet.
God grant health to such workers!
Clever girl. Lemonade was not included in the bill. Nice.

A very decent place, delicious cuisine, reasonable prices, cozy interior. I recommend visiting for dinner with a small sincere company, it will be nice to chat there. It is not suitable for crowded celebrations, it is not a restaurant (there is no dance floor).
