I regret to say that my experience was disappointing. Despite my anticipation, the haircut I received was subpar. The stylist - the owner, failed to understand the texture and structure of my hair, resulting in a poorly executed cut. Attention to detail was lacking, no after-cut care, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided.
