I used to take chickens there because they are close to home, but now something has changed with them. Smoke ready, it was already packed cold. I asked for a hot one, they said that they would not cook a new batch yet, since there is still a lot to do with this one. Crunchy crusts no longer happen, like sourdough and not skin. I switched to another company where they cook and remove hot and crispy on fire, but far from home.
