Super place for family rest. Good breakfast. Amazing handmade design (fresks and pictures). Very modern and HI-Tech (like in Tokio) brend new room design. Very well-come people in hotel. Very good spa. Thanks for amazing days!

I definitely recommend this hotel! First of all, it is captivated by the perfect cleanliness and excellent location – just 10 minutes to Islam Karimov Street. The beauty of both the entrance area and the interiors inside is impressive. Separately, I would like to note the silence in the rooms, which contributes to a relaxing stay. For relaxation, there are two small pools (indoor and outdoor), a spa area with a Turkish hammam (which, by the way, has a shower), a Finnish sauna and a gym. The staff is very polite and attentive. The breakfasts, though simple, include everything you need. The only caveat is the lack of plain water at breakfast, but this is offset by a daily bottle of non–carbonated water in the room. And be sure to visit the restaurant at the hotel – they are very tasty, I advise you not to neglect. For example, I tried pasta, chicken soup and Kohinoor salad – everything was just fine!

If you will be in Samarkand, then I definitely recommend this hotel to you. Perfect cleanliness, super location, impressive beauty, 2 swimming pools, spa, various types of saunas, gym, cool staff who are always there to solve any of your requests or problems. I would like to mention the divine breakfasts separately - an incredible variety for every taste. If I go to Samarkand again, I will stay only at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The hotel is brand new and beautifully renovated. The staff is very polite, the rooms are spacious. The rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee, safe, all bathroom accessories, bathrobes, slippers, etc. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. There is live jazz music in the Lounge in the evenings. The musicians perform all the famous hits. The atmosphere is gorgeous. There is an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna. There is a large outdoor swimming pool in summer. I recommend it to everyone.

A lovely, new, modern hotel. For my taste, they overdid it a little with a "smart toilet", other plumbing and numerous remote controls for closing curtains. On the other hand, it is entertaining and even amusing. There are no complaints about cleanliness. To the staff, too. The breakfasts are very decent, and the waiters are efficient. One of the disadvantages is the small and uncomfortable spa area, which was not ready to receive visitors. I hope that this shortcoming will be eliminated in the season. Overall, it feels good.

The level of service is high
The room has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, kettle, tea, coffee, dry cream, dishes, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap, toothbrush with paste, and most importantly terry bathrobes!
The breakfasts are great, the food is delicious! In addition to breakfast, we were there for lunch and dinner. Very tasty food. They cook incomparably!
Many thanks to the hotel staff. They are always smiling, friendly, and respond instantly to any request.
I was also surprised that the reception always gets up at the sight of a guest. It doesn't matter how many times you pass by in a day.
I would like to mention Kamil separately. An amazing, kind man! Thank him very much for his hospitality at your hotel. Employees like Kamil should be valued and cherished.
The impression of the hotel is also formed by its staff.
I also want to mention Firuza from the spa area. The girl with the golden hands. She gave me a great massage, which I will miss in my city. For the sake of such a massage, I am ready to come back to you again!

A smiling, good-natured Tatar woman was also cleaning our room (unfortunately, she didn't remember her name). It's very good, you don't have time to leave the room, you come back, and everything is shining there. Thank her for everything!

We are resting at the hotel now. Everything is great. The hotel is new. It is very atmospheric and cozy.
The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious.
Cleaning every day.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation.
There is a kettle, tea, coffee, and water in the room. There is a mini fridge, a TV. And even an air humidifier. And the floor scales in the bathroom turned out to be a pleasant surprise)))
Also everything you need for a shower.
If you want to walk around the city with a person who knows everything about him, then feel free to contact Kamil at the reception.
The tour turned out to be very interesting. Communication with Kamil is very relaxed-as if we have known each other for a very long time. The impression exceeded all expectations)))

The location of the hotel is very good, all the sights are nearby. The hotel is very new, the renovation is in order. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is polite and young, "well-trained", a caring managerial hand is felt. The cuisine is excellent: the breakfasts are hearty, rich and fresh, there is everything even for the most refined taste. The bar treats classics at an excellent level. The beds are comfortable, all the fatigue of the day is removed overnight. Clear. I definitely recommend it! I will definitely stay here if I am in Samarkand again.

I tried to book 2 rooms in this hotel. We planned to arrive in February. The hotel's website states that rooms can be booked by e-mail. Corresponded with
half a day 's work . They said that the booking department would confirm the reservation within the same day. It 's still being confirmed , it 's the third day ! The inattention of the staff is depressing! I decided to add a review, because the staff's response killed me on the spot: "The hotel has closed for reconstruction! " I kept the correspondence so as not to be unfounded. I didn't expect such a reply from the new hotel! They would have come up with something else, but such lies are somehow not solid).

Everything is amazing! Convenient location a couple of minutes from Registan, beautiful handmade interiors as if in a museum, with a national (oriental) identity, while including all modern amenities to the maximum; beautiful rooms (we had a terrace and a magical view), a cozy courtyard with a swimming pool, sensitive and responsive staff trying to help in everything delicious breakfasts - everything is at the highest level!
It was so comfortable and calm that we stayed a couple of days longer than planned
