We are in Cevahir shopping center 4. It is located on the floor. It's a crowd. It serves all tradesmen and visitors. They may forget Decrees from time to time, you remind them.

Stale or not brewed tea came to mind directly. Salty meatballs mediocre salad toasts that come late and it's a place where there's never hygiene, but it's cheap compared to everywhere
