I'm shooting a star for serving waiters. I asked to wipe the table, because there were crumbs on it, the girl from her husband's side wiped the napkins on which they put hot, then I picked up the napkins from my side, she wiped the table, but did not wipe the napkins. And yet, when I ordered coffee, I had to wait for it for 15 minutes, then I reminded myself and only after that they brought it. The coffee, by the way, is delicious.

I ate in this place 5 times, everything was delicious. The smoking area is great. Everything went bad with the arrival of heat, there are more flies than people. I made a remark on 08.08.23 after the flies won 2 of them from me from a 3-course lunch. I logged in on 08/09/23, everything remained the same. I do not recommend it if you do not like to eat after insects. It's scary to imagine what's in the kitchen...

The second visit to this institution ended with complete disregard on the part of the waiters. No one brings the menu, we sit for 7 minutes, but until the waiter was caught by the collar, he ran past, bringing the menu to everyone who came after us. Our first visit here ended the same way.
The institution positions itself as n1, the design is like n1, but the service is worse than in the station canteen, although the price tags are at the level of decent establishments.
There are no complaints specifically about the waiter, it is clear that he is trying. But there is no training, and it catches the eye. There is no habit of looking around the hall, a lot of fuss, lack of order. One waiter for 2 halls is not enough. Although, with an employment of 5-7 tables, you can have time to do everything.
The coffee shop should think about recruiting and training staff at the level that it corresponds to the declared status. So far, this status is only in words.
