Unfortunately, the master Anna works here, who is 10 minutes late for work and did not even apologize, but only turned all the blame on the administrator, who did not inform her about the appointment for the whole day. By the way, I signed up on the 22nd for a haircut at 10.00 a.m. to Master Anna.
Master Anna smiles impudently and says that nothing happened.
