I arrive, it turns out that the detail needs to be painted - class, no one could tell before. OK. They say we'll paint it in a couple of weeks, we'll call. Naturally, no one called. I call in 2 weeks - they say the part was ordered the wrong one, now they ordered the right one, it will be in 2 months. Of course, no one considered it necessary to say this. I'm calling in 2 months, I haven't arrived - we'll call you ourselves. Guess what? That's right, no one called. I called at the time they called. A month ago, I called and, miraculously, the part was delivered. I ask that detail? They say that, come and put it on. I'm asking already and they've painted it. Oh, let's clarify now, yes it is necessary to paint, we transfer everything to the painting, as soon as it is painted, we will call you. Can you guess? That's right, 3 weeks have passed, the part is 3 cm long, somehow long for painting. I'm calling myself, they're contacting the body builder. What does he say? Right! I don't know anything, no one has transmitted anything, I look at the computer in the warehouse there is no such detail, but I will clarify and call you back. It was yesterday. Almost six months have passed since the purchase of the car. Looks like I'm going to court.
