When asked why, they thought that the price was approximate and depended on what to do (although the price of the part is fixed, as is the price of routine replacement work, but this is only visible in normal car service stations) .
We also addressed the problem of a non-working DRL and a turn signal on one of the headlights. As a result of the diagnosis, the module responsible for the DRL and the turn signal will be replaced. Three options were offered: order from the factory and wait 3-4 months, the option is more expensive, but faster through Russia, and you can also find and come for a replacement yourself. We chose the option from the factory. As a result, 4 months have passed and silence, I wrote it myself. It turns out that the manager who led us is no longer working, and the original cannot be delivered due to sanctions, and they can offer an analog (although there are no analogues) or suggested looking for a used one. As a result, they found the original and upon arrival at the service, they announce that the installation is performed only by parts purchased from them. This is the end of cooperation with this Sharashkin's office. As correctly noted in the reviews, this is the bottom (although it looks like it has already been broken)!
Disgusting service. Managers are arrogant and ill-mannered. The feeling that they are the customers. I came specifically for the Skoda car, because I chose it for myself after spending a lot of time studying the market. But, thanks to your "wonderful" employees, I left the salon and bought a car in another salon with a service corresponding to the purchase price. The phrase "do you want a car the same age as you?" is just the bottom line...
The service station is excellent , you sign up in advance and you are accepted by agreement, a quick approach to work, discussion of the price of repairs , when replacing spare parts with your spare parts, they do not give a guarantee, old spare parts are given with the car as proof that repairs have been made !

The prices are not the lowest, but are partially offset by discounts and a regular customer program. And everything else is compensated by quality. For more than 20 years of driving experience and owning more than one car, I have met the same level of quality of work only once: a small private workshop behind the MKAD and mechanics there came from official services. And to be honest: after applying discounts, prices for the same spare parts are obtained at the level as if I myself bought from a supplier with all my accumulated discounts.

We arrived in the capital of our Homeland from Moscow at 16.00. 250 km from Minsk, the car "got sick", it was shaking, sausage, the engine was making incomprehensible sounds at idle. We stopped at a similar nearby service. The rooms are Moscow, we are visiting, on our nerves. The "divorce" began: the price for the diagnosis was announced twice as expensive as for Prytytsky, and the diagnosis is only tomorrow and only in the evening. It was assumed that the problem was in the candles. They were available on Prytytsky. We came for them, bought candles and immediately changed them. But the problem was not solved.
It turned out that the diagnosis on Prytytsky is also possible only tomorrow. Made. But she didn't show anything, because the air valve was out of order, and there was no electrics on it. A competent and professional diagnostician suggested what the problem might be and was not mistaken. Spare parts were available. We changed everything quickly, promptly, and reasonably priced.

Car sales managers are so ready to do anything to sell a car that they will drive by the nose and praise. So before you buy something there, check thoroughly and do not believe in empty words. There are essentially the same outbiddings, only in white shirts.
Official service, competent employees work, I repair responsible nodes from them, the prices are adequate for repairs. Everything is OK with the repair time. We also need to make cheaper spare parts, at least non-original ones.
As always, everything is at the highest level!!!
The cost of services corresponds to the quality of service. If it goes on like this, it will be bad for the garage workers!!!
