I liked that there was a lake nearby, a cafe on the site and that the taxi knows where Kobvar is located. I didn't like that the conditions were not very favorable: constant flies, our toilet is leaking, the only three neighbors were harassing all the hot water. There is no parking. There was no rental.

A very simple hotel. Hot water for 1 person. Hard beds. Good staff.
