It's terrible!!! Today, the head of the district executive committee was in our village, people came out to talk to him.They waved, wanted to stop the car, so these bosses looked at the people and drove on. They didn't even stop. AND THESE PEOPLE GET PAID FROM OUR TAXES!!!!
