The attitude towards pensioners is rude and arrogant: there are doctors who are rude to the eye. There are supposedly no coupons at the reception, but there are no people at the reception either. You can only sign up for some specialists online, and if you don't have Internet access, you won't sign up. Even with a diagnosis, it is impossible to achieve a regular check, which must be done. The receptionists are extremely tactless.
When making an appointment for an ultrasound scan, coupons are given for several studies, the preparation for which is mutually exclusive. That is, before one ultrasound scan, you can not eat and drink, and before the other you need to drink. At the same time, they do not provide any explanations on preparing for the study and recording, that is, the attitude towards patients is formal.
General practitioners, they just talk, don't ask anything, they won't really say anything, they send you to a neurologist, and the neurologist asks why you were sent?? This is a complete mess, not doctors!! For some reason, the day hospital is completely different, everyone is friendly, and pleasant relationships!!!!!
I would really like to know when there will be at least some respect in our clinics!!! Why are there papers everywhere that doctors should not be insulted, but for some reason the doctors themselves forget about it!!!!! Where to get this justice , especially when an elderly person addresses them!!!! Why do they talk to you in the clinic as if you go there every day and know all the rules!!!! In particular, at the moment my review concerns one particular doctor, Tatyana Vladimirovna Yaroshchik! A neurologist who allows himself to shout at the elderly !!!!! No matter how difficult your job is, working with people you must behave correctly!!!
I really hope that something will change in our clinic someday!!!
