When contacting in an emergency situation, I had to wait 2 days for the dispatcher to send the request to the master. He answered repeated calls rudely, raised his voice, and then said with a grin to wait for who knows how long, as if he was mocking.
After that, they called the 115 service, and an hour later they came to us, we don't know exactly what affected it.
There are no complaints about the work of the master, he did his job quickly and efficiently.
The water was turned off without any warning, and so the water has been flowing barely for the last few days, and today it was turned off completely. We have small children and where can I quickly get clean drinking water if there is no well?? How to cook, eat and wash a child?? + to all this, when the water is turned on, it needs to be stupidly drained for a long time and wait for it to become clean, because immediately it is like Coca-Cola in color and you need to pay for it, and the filter needs to be changed immediately after such manipulations, because it is simply glued with pieces of rust. And do not put a filter on, then pieces of rust fly out of the faucet.
