The hotel is lovely, everything is very clean and fresh and it was wonderful to be there. The location is also convenient, a couple of 9 minutes walk to the central part. Breakfast is weak for our understanding, but it was very good for what we met on a trip around the country, so we ate and had enough until after lunch. There are only 2 floors.
I would recommend guests and friends to stay here.

The hotel is very beautiful, the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is polite and competent.
The breakfasts are delicious. The location is convenient within walking distance from Registan.
I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. My impressions were positive.

The location is very good, close to the main attractions. That's where the advantages end.
On the downside, the room looks normal, but it's visual, in fact - the hair dryer wires fall out of the wall and it's just dangerous to use, the shelf in the closet is broken, the screen at the bathtub is not attached, there is no curtain in the bathroom and the water is constantly on the floor. The staff doesn't really clean the rooms, they just take out the trash.
Separately , this is food ... No hot food, not even eggs. One microwave for the entire hotel. The coffee machine is constantly breaking down and you have to wait for 15 minutes.
