Good evening! On Saturday (08.02), while walking around the city, we accidentally wandered into this institution. And we were pleasantly surprised. Because we don't really like Zybitskaya and this whole neighborhood. It's a very pleasant place, atmospheric and cozy. Nice, polite and attentive staff. Lev is a hookah master, he just exceeded all expectations. I understood Nishi's wishes literally with half a word. Caring girls are the waiters and just a lovely receptionist. Well, the bartender with tinctures is just a wizard. Good, delicious cuisine.I was very pleased with the live music. The good repertoire and performance were excellent. After drinking heavily, the guests were escorted out, which kept the atmosphere calm and pleasant. There was no obsession and vulgarity that swarms through Zybitskaya. Thank you Guys so much for having a good time!!! We will come back to you, definitely!!!🌹

This place is marked with a heart on the map. I often drop by with friends to play board games and smoke a hookah. It's very cozy. And they also cook delicious food here! We should also go to karaoke sometime.

I DIDN'T LIKE it, we were on 02/08/2025 and that's why: we came especially early because we were going to work tomorrow and planned to leave by 23:00. As a result, we were transferred to the place of the announced 21.00 in karaoke at 21:25, because they were waiting for a girl, perhaps an administrator, and everything would be fine, BUT finally, after waiting for this event in Karaoke: the screen wasn't working, the microphones weren't working, there was trouble with the sound, everything was hoarse and loud, and we were asked to wait again while they dealt with these issues..this is not counting the fact that we have already been waiting for 25 minutes..during these 25 minutes, we ordered beer and salad each..When asked if it is possible to have a warm beer, the answer is:there is no warm beer, they asked if it could be warmed up a little, the bartender said:Do you want me to heat a pot for you? NO, it can be warmed up with a cappuccino machine, a question of a minute, the bartender's answer: I won'T do it in principle, what's the problem is not clear..considering that there are no people.When it came to the salad, this condescension on his face was very annoying, however, as well as the whole team, get down to earth and stop looking at others with condescension..except for the guards..It felt really bad all evening, it wasn't pleasant!!or you think it's unnoticeable (FUNNY!!!). Bottom line: the service sucks, there is no customer orientation.We kept our spirits up, but the situation passed, and the sediment remained.The cuisine- the salads were delicious, no questions asked.The sound is a disaster, the microphones were changed half the evening anyway, you can't hear yourself in some places, regardless of the room. Surprisingly, in the state karaoke, from which, nothing was expected.:The singing center, the atmosphere was much more pleasant, the sound was a bomb... so, gentlemen, you have something to strive for!!!

I lured a barker into the establishment, they responded to the 1+1 campaign, but of all the good things, I can only single out this. the food here is nothing, the steak is bland, there is no taste, the tom yam is terribly sour, there is no filling, 2 shrimp and 4 tomato slices, for its price it is terrible. It's a very long cooking time, it's impossible to wait for the waiter, so you have to come over. I wasn't impressed with the evening

The hookahs are great, I liked the service too, the staff is friendly, they often came up to check if everything was in order. It's hard to judge by the food - I made a small order, but the cheesecake was good. The tinctures are strong.

A cool place to relax with the company. Polite waiters. Chefs are generally virtuosos, Tom Yam is at the highest level. The burgers are delicious. Hookahs are also very tasty. I'll come here again 100%

We came to the gastrofest with our friends today. And the behavior of the receptionist girl was simply outraged.
I had booked a table a week before our visit, and immediately indicated that we wanted the gastronets. The young man I was talking to didn't say a word about time limits.
But on the spot it turned out that we only have 1.5 hours for dinner. To our bewilderment that we were not warned, outright rudeness followed.
In a very dissatisfied tone, the girl convinced us that everyone was being told about the time limit. If this were really the case, or if we had been told about it politely, no questions would have arisen. It became very interesting if the company had a coltracking to listen to the recording of the conversation when they booked a table. When guests are made fools of, it leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste for the whole evening.
Moreover, when one girl from our table said "Unfortunately, we were not warned", we heard "Fortunately" in response. Why does the administrator allow himself such an attitude?
The set was delicious, the waitress girl left a good impression. But there is no desire to come anymore because of the initially spoiled mood.
A big request to the higher management is to have a conversation with the administrator, because you can't talk to guests like that.

Pre-booking of tables does not work! Thanks to this institution, a long-awaited planned evening with friends was ruined. I booked a table for three by phone in a week and a half. I asked on the terrace, if there was such an opportunity, and they answered "Yes, of course." We arrived on time, the receptionist came up to us, we said that we had booked, she checked the list and confirmed that there was a reservation. But as it turned out, all the tables were occupied! Both on the terrace and inside. We were offered a small table on the outskirts with sun loungers or sit at the bar, which is located on the street in the aisle. This option would be suitable if we accidentally went in for a snack, but not for a comfortable stay, which we expected. No one has apologized to us. The receptionist just stood there and looked at us. Customer focus is zero! We went to look for another place, which is extremely difficult on Friday evening. The mood was ruined. We will never come here again.

We had a good evening, live music, delicious signature cocktails, a friend said a good hookah dark side. A guy called us here on the street, and I'm grateful to him. I really liked it! I was here for the first time with my friends during the Gastrofest. The set is original, it was delicious and beautiful. Thanks to the fact that I had booked a week in advance, the table was indoors, not on the veranda. Very cozy, the air is fresh, probably good ventilation. The atmosphere is very soft and cozy! I was particularly impressed that ALL the waiters and administrators I met on the way to the table smiled and greeted me. It just raised my mood by a couple of points!!!!
I will definitely come here outside the gastrofest!

The order was delivered very quickly, 10 minutes later. Delicious, satisfying, without frills)).
The interior has a literary slant. However, the light is dim as for me, at the beginning of the tunnel you can also climb through the threshold). There is a karaoke area.

One love from the first visit. The establishment is located in a quiet, cozy place on Zybitskaya Street. Respect for interior designers. Very stylish, atmospheric, cozy. Especially the idea of fragments of poems on the walls and ceiling. I would also like to mention the work with light. Polite and well-trained staff. The price tag for Zybitskaya Street is quite adequate. I will come back here more than once.
