Respectful attitude towards customers Who needs to sell furniture? For me? No My salary is not paid to me. But for some reason, I have to call the store all the time and check whether my furniture has arrived or not. As a result, the furniture was defended for an extra week because they forgot to call. WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE? Shipping is a separate kind of outrage. The documents are brought by strangers, at least they paid attention. We had to go for the documents ourselves, although it wasn't our fault. As a result, the delivery turned out to be defective. By marriage, we also found out everything ourselves. On 20.12 they made a complaint, and on 13.01 I found out for myself whether it arrived or not. Then they forgot about us again, and again they found out for themselves when the delivery guy would show up with the item, although they reminded themselves at 9 a.m. At 12 o'clock it turns out that they forgot about us again. And the delivery will already be from 5 to 6 (although we originally agreed on the first half of the day). And I don't even want to talk about the furniture itself. A sofa for 3200, made of shit and sticks. Apparently, all the waste from the factory was collected and the sofa was fastened with them. Kmk gives you a minus in karma for such employees and quality

A good store, we ordered the Prestige kitchen, we really liked that the consultants always meet us halfway!We wanted a Provence-style kitchen and a different countertop, the handles that were offered for the configuration did not match our taste. The consultants ordered cabinets and facades for us without any questions, without counting the handles and countertop.This approach was very surprising, in other stores in Polotsk, basically everything comes standard with handles and a countertop.They remained very long ago.We recommend it!
