I've been walking for over a year. I'm only staying because of the coach.
Positive:
The usual gym as a whole, small, 1 star for the coaching staff, the second for the administrators (and not all of them), you can work out without jostling, not really at a popular time, sales are a frequent guest here, a convenient mobile application, a barbershop nearby and other services
Cons:
queues for exercise equipment during rush hour, because the gym is small.
The old locker room, the lockers are in a depressing state: many doors are weak on their hinges, the inside of the lockers is dirty, poorly cleaned, and 1/3 of the shelves are falling off.
The locker room is small, and it's very crowded during rush hour.
The cardio zone is sorely lacking. The administration has not been able to repair the track for more than 3 months, despite my requests. A constant queue for cardio during rush hours.
For a small gym, the gym is crowded, most likely you won't be able to do the program you need, you haven't had a single workout lately without compromises.
Despite all the problems with overcrowding during rush hour, they continue to sell out season tickets and ignore the problem of lack of space, especially for the cardio zone. It's especially critical now in winter, I don't have an extra 40 minutes to wait for the simulator.
A cool club, you can always train in peace. Among the advantages are good exercise equipment, music, and a fitness bar. There is a shower and a solarium, there is also a barbershop right next to the club, you can get a haircut right there. We took a subscription with a friend, we go to train, we like everything. I advise you to go
A cool rocking chair, you can always calmly exercise. Among the advantages are a good variety of simulators, music.
