Terrible service. Firstly, there are no phone numbers to call the master to the workplace, because I waited for him for 40 minutes, although it was about 10.30 in the morning. It turned out that he was having a nice conversation with another saleswoman in the next department.
Secondly, he did not greet me, but was rude with the phrase: - what am I doing here? (I repeat, it was during the working hours of this workshop!)
Thirdly, the payment was in cash, because there is no terminal. The work cost 9p., the master said 10p. I drew his attention to the price list, to which, with a dissatisfied face, he gave me the change with the phrase: - you might not have asked for change anymore.
Fourthly, the duplicate that he made for me did not fit. I had to look for another workshop. Because I didn't really want to go there and listen to dissatisfaction with myself.

Excellent craftsman! I helped with a clumsily made auto key, told how it should be and what the problem was, joked and was generally very pleasant to communicate with :) it is thanks to such people that faith in humanity returns)

A good master, quickly and efficiently completed the work, a fairly reasonable price and a good mood for the day, the main thing is not expensive at all.
