The architecture of the residential complex is impressive, there is an excellent courtyard area for children, there is a small Gym for residents. The location is good. The apartments are warm, even too much in winter, but you can turn it down. The windows are aluminum with 3 panes. There are terraces, as well as roof terraces. In general, the neighbors are adequate, very friendly, and spend holidays together. Still, a store inside the residential complex would be absolutely fine.

A gorgeous complex, fresh air, a closed courtyard, security, cameras, children playing and you don't worry about safety. The most beautiful residential complex of all where we lived. Special thanks to the chairman, always a clean courtyard and entrances.
