We made an appointment with a doctor on 16.01, the day of the appointment was 7.02 - the amount was announced.
The day before, they called about the urgency of whether we would come to the appointment. As a result, when I arrived at the reception, I was sent to pay for a service that went up in price by 100 rubles, but this was not said on the phone.
The quality of services leaves a negative feeling. We waited for an appointment with an infant for more than an hour, the corridor is cold and there are no rooms for a mother and child.
I contacted the reception regarding the change in the cost of the service, they offered to leave my number for communication. The head will call back and sort it out.

I will not tear my hair out for these 100 rubles, I am outraged by your attitude towards clients!!!
There are good doctors, but not all.
And the organization of the service is DISGUSTING!!!!
Everything is fine, the prices are adequate, but most importantly, very attentive and kind specialists know their job and do it very carefully and perfectly, many thanks to the ophthalmologist!
They said on the phone that visiting a doctor had increased in price by 100 rubles, as a result, you came to a doctor's appointment, and they told you a different amount, instead of 100, it was 600 rubles more expensive. When you tell the cashier about this, instead of responding calmly, she says in a slightly raised tone that she is tired of hearing this, everyone has been asking the same question since morning.
While she was sitting in line, one woman complained that she had spent an hour sitting near another office that was indicated to her at the reception, and as a result, her doctor introduced an appointment in a completely different office. At the reception, the girls didn't even apologize that the woman had lost an hour because of them, they just froze off. Staff service wishes the best!
