It seemed that the windows were not washed at all. They asked 500 rubles for 2 cars, saying that it was still cheap. But the funny thing is that when I got home and got the kersher. According to them, I washed the hard-to-wash paint with a kercher in 5 minutes and didn't even get a rag. Conclusion: either they don't know how to wash at all, or they can pretend that they wash well for a long time and thoroughly.
