This is some kind of mockery! It remains to go through one doctor (surgeon) for the most ordinary physical education certificate.. The pre-hospital office said that the surgeon works on odd days at 8:00-8:30. As a result, at 8:40 a.m., we learn by chance from one of the patients that the surgeon is not there right now. A few days later, I repeat my attempt to get to this mysterious doctor, but before going, I call to clarify whether he is working. They replied that the surgeon was on vacation, I asked who could be contacted then - they sent him to the pre-medical office. Today, the pre-hospital said that the surgeon still works on odd numbers, but only from 9:00 to 10:00. In order not to step on the same rake, I go to the registry to clarify this information. They said that the surgeon is on vacation, but you can go to room 329 - someone will be sitting there. Went. The office is closed, and the patients sitting next to it say that the surgeon is not working (I realized this a long time ago). I don't have the strength anymore. I decided to go to the head doctor or the heads. They're all either on vacation or working the second shift today. Okay, I went to the head nurse of the surgical department at 14:00. The door is closed! And there is no information that she is on vacation, as it was on the doors of other offices. I go up to the doctor, who came out of the traumatologist's office, and ask who can put this stamp on for reference. She replies that now the traumatologist also works as a surgeon. Only today he was on the first shift, tomorrow he will be on the second. It's just great, but why couldn't they have told me this information from the very beginning???? It feels like every employee is working on their own and is not aware of what is happening in the clinic at all. The work is terribly organized. After such trips, psychological help and sedatives are needed. So much wasted nerves and time.
12.06 I called an ambulance because of fainting. They were taken to the hospital and there they recommended contacting a therapist and a neurologist.
13.06 went to the clinic. The therapist accepted, thank you, but the neurologist refused to accept me because I came 5 minutes before the end of her shift, without even examining me and making sure that everything was fine.
They discharged me from the hospital the third time, justifying that I lost consciousness on 12.06, but you don't lose it today. Until the head doctor measured the temperature and pressure again, there was no talk of sick leave and rest after the incident.
They were sent to the therapist on the 17th for a repeat appointment, but without passing any tests and did not even get acquainted with the recommendations of the IOCB.

I came to the reception with complaints and they say to me in plain text, "girl, think for yourself, what's wrong with you?" they prescribe paid tests (money is not a problem ) but for some reason they refuse to write at least some direction to go on insurance ( arguing that my notes are not needed by your insurance company ) . After the gynecologist's visit, I immediately signed up for a frequent clinic.

Электрика и вентиляция приводятся к требованиям современных норм. С медицинским персоналом пообщаться не удалось, но всем бы так: быть здоровее и не беспокоить лишний раз докторов.
Мне нравится. Начиная с регистратуры и заканчивая кабинетами. Вежливое, внимательное отношение. А главное, сколько хотела заказать у узкому специалисту талончик, всегда с первого раза. Все врачи перегружены, чтобы закрыть больничный нужно по 3 часа отсидеть в очереди, а когда перед тобой остался один человек у врача заканчивается приём и приходится бегать по всей поликлинике и искать заведующего, у которого рабочий день тоже закончился. И так постоянно. Я понимаю, что врачи не виноваты, а виновато государство, которое не может обеспечить адекватное здравоохранение ! Если этот отзыв читает кто-то из администрации, то пожалуйста выделите бюджет на реконструкцию поликлиники и наймите больше врачей !!!

Сказала что от меня уйдет муж к более стройной девушке.... Ты невролог!!! Не психолог, не .... Аааааа у меня нет слов просто!!! Подняла мне давление тк после нее идёт 119 кабинет заключения!
