I've been a favorite car wash for the last 6 years. I always washed according to the "moika 2" program and was satisfied with the quality. Today, the administrator said that they do not wash with a sponge (and since the summer, although I was here in November and washed with a sponge) and that for 28 rubles this is a technological contactless sink. In six months, the price of a car wash has increased by almost 20% and, moreover, costs have been reduced (even a sponge is not used). It's a pity you're losing customers. Even at the Audi Center in Minsk, a technological car wash is cheaper.
I've always used this sink and never had any questions. There are no questions about the quality of the car wash itself, but there is a problem with the service. I arrived, stood under the gate, stood for 5-10 minutes and only the administrator deigned to come out and say that there was a queue of 6 cars. There's not even an appointment.
The service is at zero
The cost has become like that of top-end sinks, while the service is zero.
