I wasn't too lazy. I took the elevator to the right floor, went in, hehe, for a viewing. And I watched the installation process for an hour. The guys worked smartly, even too smartly. It was felt, they were in a hurry. The hostess flattened the working environment once and for all, she asked questions about the new features of her Chinese gadget, about the future branded service, about the "rarest" warranty - yeah, a seven—year one...
They answered her. However, it's not verbose. That's exactly what I didn't like — the self-deprecating, apathetic communication. Uncoupled. Without a soul and without living human involvement...

Everything is dirt-free and practically dust-free (but you know the dust will still drill through the wall) but this is not the dust. Despite the stated opportunity to pay by card, at the last moment they demand cash or offer to pay a commission, almost ten percent of the cost of the work.
The air conditioner was installed so well that the refrigerant evaporated. When the call was repeated, a day was set, but when the installers stayed at another facility, they did not even deign to call to warn.
To be fair, the work was done cleanly and cleaned up pretty well.
