The air conditioner was not installed, but the nerves were cooled by five! I ordered an air conditioner with installation. Consultation is good! The manager, having learned that the elevator was not working, offered to wait. Very thoughtful. Then the fun started: The first call: "We can install earlier! Oh, there's no elevator? Then wait." The second call: "Pay 50 rubles for the lift, or wait another week." I decided to save 50 rubles, they don't put pressure on my pocket. Day X. It turns out that lifting now costs 30 rubles (although it's free on the website). The manager heroically "entered" them into the discount so that the installers would not rebel. But they lose their enthusiasm 30 minutes before arrival: "Is there no elevator? Then we won't go. Let the manager carry it himself for 30 rubles!" The manager is probably still in shock from such arrogance of the installers – I've been waiting for the call for the fifth hour. But no, I haven't been waiting for 2 hours, and after a month of waiting, everything is more or less clear: the organization is large, but there is zero coherence. Everything is fine until something unexpected happens. It's scary to imagine how they "work out" the guarantee. P.S. Another store delivered the air conditioner in 2 hours (spoiler alert: the elevator wasn't working either). Installation is in two weeks. Apparently, their specialists still know how to walk. Magic, no doubt.

I worked with the company for two years, everything was going well until the next moment: I needed to install vibration dampers. I called the office and arranged a time and day with the manager. When that day came, no one came or warned in advance. The manager ignored me for a long time, but suddenly stopped freezing and during the conversation he said that something had happened and they could not contact the master. But why I wasn't informed about this remains a question with an asterisk. They rescheduled it for another day, but that's fine. Two days before the scheduled date, the master called and said that he would arrive tomorrow, that is, the day before the date specified by the manager, and we agreed on the time. No one came at the agreed time, and when the master was called, he said he would be there in half an hour. Half an hour later, no one arrived, as well as 5 hours later, the repairman's phone is unavailable. Late in the evening, the master appeared and said that he would be there tomorrow morning from 8 to 9. As expected, no one showed up at the scheduled time for tomorrow, and we were ready to abandon the services of this office and started looking for another, but three hours later the master appeared. He did some manipulations, damaging the paintwork on my unit, and installed the unit crookedly (this became clear after he left). During the payment, his terminal suddenly stopped working, some kind of miracle. I can't recommend this organization, it's more expensive to waste your nerves, it's better to pay your competitors at least a little more.

The purchase of a split system from this company left an unpleasant aftertaste. Although the equipment itself is working properly, and the installation team cannot be called unprofessional, the main problem lies in the quality of the consultation before purchase. The staff forgot to warn about an important detail: when the system warms up, condensation forms, which begins to drip onto the floor. Because of this, it is now necessary to constantly wipe the puddle under the device, and in the future — to resolve the issue of possible damage to the floor covering. If we had been informed in advance, we would either have prepared or considered other options. As a result, the company saved time on a full-fledged consultation by shifting the risks to the client. The product is good, but the lack of honesty in the details makes you wonder if you should recommend them to others. If you decide to make a purchase, ask dozens of clarifying questions — they will definitely not tell you anything here without a direct request.
