I understand that the delivery lies with the shipping company. In a word, the employees have full respect - they are very flexible: it doesn't work that way, they try otherwise. The director even brought me home to the Vitebsk region himself. There would be more such service in the Republic of Belarus. I am satisfied with the assortment, there is plenty to choose from. The prices are loyal. The staff is very attentive.

When placing an order through the website, no one calls back, does not get in touch via messenger, mail. When we managed to find the owner of the store personally, she promised to bring the goods to order and call back. It's been 3 weeks, silence. I asked about my order myself, it turned out that he came to Minsk. When she found out that we didn't live in Minsk, she failed again, while promising to contact us. But NEVER expect her to call you first or text you. When you try to figure out where your order is, whether to wait for it at all, she ignores messages while sitting online and does not open them. Although it would be more respectable to admit that for some reason the store cannot deliver the goods. Then we would have saved time. And so it was delayed for almost a month and a half. Avoid this store!!! Everything is very sad here!
