Excellent cuisine is the only strong point of the hotel
The Turkish staff is very friendly, Russian-speaking - rather rude
There are two types of clients: European pensioners 1/3 and our compatriots 2/3. Unfortunately, many of our countrymen behaved very badly in places, and it was just a shame to become a citizen of the Russian Federation and so on. After that, many people say that
The rooms are dirty, the sheets have not been washed at all. They wiped something with towels and left it to the guests in this form. In the rooms, despite the regular harassment, there are bedbugs.
Marina, a Russian-speaking employee, answered our complaints simply: "What did you want, this is economy class! You better go get a beer!
We had a rest from May 15 to May 21. Everything is fine! I met a pleasant young man with perfect Russian, Elmar, at the reception. We moved into a second building with a much better repair and 300 meters from the main building. The next day, at our request, Elmar was able to move us, given my painful condition with my leg. Thank him very much for participating! Elmar helped with everything! I even got the stuck SIM card out of my phone! Of course, Elmar has become the main trump card for this hotel for us! Sea: walk 5 minutes. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby and in the room for a fee. Food: we always came to the middle, there were places, the food was all there.Mostly chicken dishes, once there was mackerel. Thanks to Chef Ibrahim - everything was delicious. Drinks: the coffee beans are delicious, I made tea with mint and lemon. Alcohol: very good beer!!! Waiters fly like a bullet. Charming Uspid knows Russian and also moves quickly and will be able to advise something, or even help in something. Our room was on the quiet side and thanks to Elmar for that. Windows to the bus station - it can be noisy here, because arriving buses like to greet their colleagues with "Steamboat horns".
