We are currently resting at the hotel. Everyone is happy. The room is clean, everything works. There were some small problems, everything was solved immediately. The food is good, the choice is great. You can always choose according to your taste. Everything is fresh. They deliver dishes all the time. The location is good. At the beginning of Cleopatra Beach. The beach is urban. But... Previously, no plates were observed when entering the sea. There was a clean sand. And now the plates are almost everywhere in the sea at sunset. It is necessary to choose a place of entry to bypass the plates. And so everything is fine in sunny Alanya. I am not disappointed with the hotel. Recommend. I am adding a review. We are finishing our stay at the hotel. There are no complaints about the hotel. But!!! There are sewage treatment plants nearby, the smell is terrible. There is a constant smell of sewage in the morning and evening. It is impossible to go out onto the balcony. It is not felt on the embankment, but it is worth walking along the street parallel to the embankment.... To the point of nausea. The authorities are solving this problem, they are going to move the structures underground, but for now... I'm not going to Alanya anymore.

The hotel is very cozy, very tasty and varied food. The rooms are clean, cozy, we were cleaned every day and towels were also often changed: 5 times for 8 days for sure. The room has 2 balconies with views of the sea, the city and the mountains😍 (5th floor) Convenient location relative to the city: to the funiculars on foot along the beautiful embankment is only 20 minutes. All shops, pharmacies, the port are nearby, there is a place to walk. But at the same time, the hotel itself is a little off to the side, where there is no traffic, people, etc. That is, quietly, calmly, if you want to move, walk 20 minutes on foot) there are 5 slides in the hotel - it was enough to roll) The sea is 2.5 minutes away. The entry into the sea is perfect)
Of the cons: (what I didn't have enough compared to 5) how I used to rest, maybe I'm finding fault, but be prepared):
There is no private beach and an all-inclusive bar on it (the hotel is nearby-if necessary, we reached it), the beach is very clean).
Sun beds on the beach are paid, the hotel does not issue towels to the beach.
One of the disadvantages that I didn't like: dinner until 20.00, we arrived at 20.16 and had to eat in the restaurant for a fee.
But it was the end of the season, at other times dinner until 21.
Overall, the stay was great! Very intense. All the neighboring hotels were jealous of us) And you can always find something to complain about

We stayed at this hotel from October 3 to October 11. The hotel is family-run, with families with children and elderly Europeans here. The food is delicious, always fresh, and there is always enough fruit. There are three pools, one with slides, there is a pool for small children. Excellent location of the hotel, the sea is across the street! Next to Migros, there is a tour desk. You can walk to a pharmacy, an exchange office. The room was cleaned in a peculiar way) the floors were washed, towels were changed, but for some reason soap and toilet paper were not put down. If you need a quiet family vacation - then you are here, if you want to party in the evenings-you are at the hotel against)
