Great hotel! Small, but good. We had a rest here with our family in the middle of July. Russian Russian is a wonderful, polite and helpful staff: the girl at the reception desk has always helped to solve issues, the staff, who are not native speakers of Russian, understands Russian in an impossible way and speaks it quite well. The food is varied, there are new dishes every day, there has never been the same day in 10 days. We went to a huge number of hotels, countries: Asia, Spain, Egypt, Greece, Tunisia... There is something to compare it with. The food here is excellent) in Turkey there were 5 restaurants with huge areas of food and carved watermelons and all sorts of outlandish things, but the variety of dishes was not in all hotels. There were always fruits: delicious nectarines, apricots, not always watermelons, but by the time we left they had become generally sugary (even the most fastidious will appreciate). Geographically, the hotel is located great: the beach is just around the corner, just not right under your nose, it's boring, but a couple of meters away) while you walk, you stare around and the way to the beach flies by unnoticed :)) while you go back and forth, the sellers will also wish you a good day 10 times - marketing, but it's nice :) In addition to the beach, there is always a place to go, because the hotel is urban. It is also a huge plus, because previously we went to huge hotels, but located somewhere between the right shoulder blade of the left leg of three elephants, on which the globe stands - there was nothing to look at, there was a tumbleweed around, boredom is mortal. I am glad that Turkey outside the hotel is now remembered more colorfully than a thorn in the middle of an empty space. We walked to the i love alanya observation deck, to the port, to the shops, to the beach, got to the fortress, to the domlatash cave. All this is really possible to visit just a little away from the hotel. The only thing is that we didn't go to the party, but the staff offered, so there is such an opportunity. We calculated with the family that there is definitely something to do for 10 days :)
About the cleaning and the room: everything is cool, as always according to the classics, if you leave a tip, the employee's life becomes a little better (and cleaning too), but "this is Turkey and there is no one else."
Towels were either changed or not, but everything was normal. The floors were washed every other time, the sheets were changed once. There were small spots on the bedding somewhere, but we didn't get hung up, honestly. They believed that things were clean :)).
We got a cool room, the view on the upper floors was amazing, they say other floors are not like that. Well, it happens. The room was for three people - beautiful, one of the best we had. The bathroom wall is my love love. Aesthetic pleasure.
Somewhere there are flaws on the furniture, scuffs, but you can see that everything is cool, everything is good, it's just life, these are people - nothing remains immovable and pristine in the places where life lives. However, this is not critical.
What else: sun beds are paid, but you can buy, for example, only one umbrella and lie on the carpet (70 lira on 16.07). The Internet is paid, but not very expensive.
About the beach - sand. It burns my heels furiously after 11. Yes, there are heels, it burns out the soul. Better buy yourself aquashouses or something else, otherwise you risk being left without a sole. Of course, you can use the old grandfather's method - slippers, not honestly, not very convenient, sand rubs your feet afterwards, it's not fine here like dust from the roads, rather like small, small pebbles.
The sea is good until 11 a.m., after 11 the most desperate remain (if without an umbrella, get ready to burn). You can swim in the evening after dinner, the water is warm, there are fewer people. If you go after 16:00, it will be like in Sochi on the beaches. I warned you :))
The only thing is that the beach is not always cleaned, that is, it is NOT cleaned: a flaw, it turns out. Gobies, Limes, peaches and other waste products rise on the sand along with you. And I would like to be the one and only on this beach, without such "neighbors". But the sparrows are happy, by the way.
There is a hotel beach, there is any one. On the hotel there are umbrellas and Wi-Fi, on any one there are classics: the sea and you.
In general, a vacation in Turkey is not something that you need to prepare especially for, you are not going to Mount Everest. But the main thing is that you always have one thing with you - money. The course is now very unprofitable for Russians. (You will understand for yourself when you eat a burger for 1800 ₽).

4.5 I would say. A nice urban four-bedroom apartment 5-7 minutes walk from the beach. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, an exchange office, many cafes for different tastes within walking distance. Six floors, 2 elevators, restaurant, bar, lobby, small pool. The room stock is in good condition (we lived on the 1st floor). Internet Wi-Fi is only paid for $ 15 per week. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There are no questions about cleaning - turn on the cleaning request when necessary on the scoreboard near the room and everything is OK. The food is typical for the Turkish four, you should not wait for a wide variety and gastronomy, but you will not stay hungry for sure, vegetables and fruits are plentiful, several side dishes and main dishes for lunch and dinner (meat, chicken, fish, etc.), breakfast cheese, sausage / sausages (local specific), eggs in several the dishes, the pastries, in general, the staff is trying hard. The beer and wine bar are very acceptable. The territory is very small, only the pool and the street part of the restaurant have tables for 6-8. The beach is urban, wide and long (about 2km), there is a stove in the water, but it is not wide and without stones almost in the place where you go out from the hotel to the beach. There is a 9 beach tied to the hotel, but it is more convenient for us on the plate for 7. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid (in mid-September 2024 there were 200 lira per day for 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella). The grocery market is a 15-minute walk away - I recommend it to lovers of fresh seafood, you can buy and cook (a large market on Tuesdays), about 25 minutes walk to the city center. or by bus number 1 (cash payment was 30 liras per person). In general, if you like to combine a beach holiday and explore the local flavor while walking around the city, do not have high demands for accommodation and service at the hotel, then Kleopatra Micador is quite a suitable option, having a convenient location in the city.

We rested at the Kleopatra Micador Hotel from 17.08 to 08.27.2024. An urban-type hotel, very cozy, 600 m from the sea (7 minutes at a leisurely pace). The staff is helpful. Any request that arose was fulfilled quickly. The location is advantageous: you will not be bored in the evenings.
The food is varied and delicious. We had enough, we didn't have to run to the side. I was struck by the variety of fruits and vegetables, the number of which a five-star hotel could envy. Meat, chicken, and fish were served. There were at least 3-4 types of cheese.
The pool is small, there were enough sunbeds for those who wanted.
The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy, homely and comfortable.
We were satisfied with the room cleaning, any issues were resolved directly quickly, the staff is kind and responsive.
I would especially like to mention our meeting at the hotel. We were welcomed as the most dear guests, for which we are very grateful to the manager Marina. The tension and fatigue from the long journey evaporated instantly.

We had a rest in September 2024. A great city hotel. It is located a 10-minute slow walk from Cleopatra Beach. Nice room, lovely helpful staff, especially Marina, who met us at the reception. Varied cuisine, you will definitely not be hungry. Definitely, I recommend it!

We really liked the hotel! Responsive, attentive staff. In the evening, the waiters in the restaurant wash the chairs and floor with powder. The room we were given was clean and bright. They cleaned it every day. As for the restaurant, I will say that it is a little monotonous, but delicious. No frills.
Cleopatra went to the beach with her umbrella, and on Tuesday we went to the bazaar at the fish market to buy fruit.

Hello everyone!
We stayed at the hotel for 9 days, we were supposed to have 10, but on the first night there was no room for us and we were checked into another hotel for one night, by the way, the hotel was good, without complaints and without negativity, then they settled into our hotel without any problems.
I would like to note that the hotel is located in the city and is very small, that is, lying by a small pool is not an option, it is more interesting to walk, visit a museum, a fortress, etc
As for the food, I note that it is extremely unusual and there are always a lot of spices in it and what may seem like chicken or a classic salad, it will taste either an admixture of spices or tasteless. There were also dishes that were served at lunch for dinner already seasoned with sauce (the type was disguised), the taste of stone + rottenness was felt.
According to the staff, it was a couple of times that you approach with a problem and it is being fulfilled:
A) the next day
B) not executed at all (forgotten)
So in general, there is a pleasant Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and when you approach her, everything is solved, the cleaners for communication are also pleasant women
Unfortunately, the room service is very lame despite the fact that they left very good tips, the floor cleaning was mediocre, for example, for some reason the hair seemed to be specifically ignored, then there was not enough shampoo with gel, then soap, this was generally observed the whole vacation and the case was surprised when we came after the next cleaning and we had no the button for switching the shower to the faucet, well, we thought we'd probably come to fix it, took control - of course not, so we moved out, I'm sure there's still only water pouring from the shower.
Also, bed linen and towels were normal only upon arrival, then only such options:
1) yellow spots
2) through holes
According to the restaurant itself in the hotel, I want to note that the guys serve very coolly, they remove the dishes from the table instantly, but at the same time, cleaning the coffee maker is all in the trash, whether it's not masculine 🤨

The location of the hotel is right next to the Leningradka, you can't rest day or night with an open window (in Moscow, windows face the road, but silence at night and there is no such noise during the day)
Rooms - the smell of dampness, mold and rot in the bathroom, the bathroom wall is black under the wallpaper - I have never encountered this, we always choose 4 * hotels - we eat at sea to recover, and not breathe mold at night. The fan in the bathroom worked all vacation - otherwise there's nothing to breathe.
Nutrition - you need to see the faces of many people wandering around with empty plates and not knowing what to put, because everything looks like, uh, I've never seen this. A short menu of one day: breakfast: balls, cereals, milk, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bread, bun, sausage. Lunch: pickled cucumbers, olives, peppers, salads-tomatoes with onions, cucumbers with tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers in chunks and a mix of pasta in sauce, hot - mushroom soup, rice, pasta, over-dried fish fingers, over-dried nuggets, stewed zucchini. Dinner: the same salads, rice, French fries, cutlets or liver. If the chicken is all day, at lunch the shin, at dinner the wings.
Fruits - no complaints. Sweets - no complaints. - but you won't get enough of it.
I am shocked by who liked it all and give high fives and good reviews. It's not the first time we rest, we are always limited in the budget, but I did not expect this from 4* at all. There is really nothing to eat, the cook does not know how to cook! everything is burnt. Even pancake pancakes don't know how to cook - the taste of soda. For the most part, we found everything in the shops, they buy buns in the store and warm them up. Everything frozen is warmed up!!!!!
Internet for 7 days - $ 15 - for one device - then you can give it away.
Sun beds, umbrellas 210 lira per day - BUT the beach is all urban, and sun beds can be bought anywhere for the same money, choose the best places
The sea and the shore on the beach No. 5,6 are better than the hotel No. 9 and the entrance is better - sand, no stones.

Good hotel, average cleanliness. They are cleaned regularly , but not very thoroughly. Paid wi-fi other residents said it was useless anyway. A paid safe. I liked the food, it was varied, a lot of greens, vegetables, meat dishes to choose from.Well, it's just like a good dining room. The desserts are so-so, not so much. In the free bar, alcohol meets expectations) tastes cheap, but you can drink if you really need to. I bought a pinacolada there in the bar for 6 euros, it was the most terrible pinacolada in my life. I drank a little from the top and left it on the counter. I don't know how you can ruin this cocktail like that. If you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly, they solve problems, they don't dismiss them. The contingent is mainly age-old families from Europe. About a third of Russians probably. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient, everything is close.. Walking distance to the historical center is easy.. Cleopatra beach is very close, there are a lot of shops around, including pharmacies, supermarkets and others. In general, I can recommend this hotel, just don't expect much from it.

The biggest disappointment of a holiday in Turkey was the incident that happened at the KLEOPATRA MICADOR 4* hotel, Alanya
- STEALING MONEY. As they say, everything happens for the first time. And so, apparently, it was my turn - for the first time in many years, money was stolen from my personal belongings in my room in Turkey! We worked very competently - we didn't take all the money, but exactly half. The bills were rolled up into a tube and therefore the theft was not immediately noticed. As you know, now Russians cannot use cards, they have to take cash with them. Turks who want to get more from tourists are well aware of this.
I always control my finances, moreover, I recalculated the money after checking into the hotel, but there were no purchases, so the version that I mixed up something, spent and forgot is not well-off. The Russian woman at the reception directed me to the hotel manager Mustafa (MUSTAFA ULCEN), who was completely indifferent to this story. This Mustafa behaved like a trader of rotten tomatoes in the market - brazenly and arrogantly. He immediately said that they had never had such a thing and did not even bother to ask for details. He did not speak English, so an employee from the reception acted as an interpreter. By the way, if a tourist claims theft, THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION MUST IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE. But of course we don't know about it.
The next step was to call the hotel guide. It would seem that its main function is to help tourists. But in fact, the main task of a hotel guide is to sell excursions to a tourist at a so-called information meeting. Our hotel guide, the incendiary Arif Arsenov, immediately stated that he helps only on the territory of the hotel and refused to accompany me to the police, the theft incident even amused him, and since I was not at the information meeting, I was absolutely not of interest to Arif. By the way, a question for the FUN & SUN tour operator is whether it's time to eliminate the position of a hotel guide, because he is of no use from the point of view of a tourist. Airport transfers are successfully carried out by a Turkish driver, excursions can be sold for a commission by a Russian-speaking reception employee and simultaneously resolve issues at the hotel. You don't have to spend money on Arif's inactivity and send him back to Dagestan.
The visit to the police left a good impression. At the entrance, the attendant turned on the Translator program in the phone and asked me to tell about the problem, then led me to another policeman's office, and he called an English-speaking employee. The police offered a chair (unlike Mustafa), asked about the details of the incident, and contacted the hotel. They explained that they can only accept an application from me if they have a licensed translator - these are the rules.
The conclusions are as follows:
1) a Russian tourist in Turkey cannot receive assistance in case of theft.
2) The hotel will never hand over its staff, and the tourist has no evidence except words,
3) no one was going to view the recordings from the cameras,
4) The manager is absolutely not concerned about the reputation of the hotel, because tourists will come anyway,
5) not everyone will spend precious rest time on disassembly and walking around the police
6) a foreign country, foreign laws and rules - everything works against a disenfranchised tourist
As they say, saving a drowning person is the work of the drowning person himself. Therefore, the advice is to seriously consider the issue of money safety. Personally, I don't even consider the safe, it's clear why - it opens elementary by the staff, but nothing can be proved either.
Well, remember the name of this wonderful hotel where they steal - KLEOPATRA MICADOR 4*, Alanya.
I haven't been to Turkey for four years, so I decided to definitely visit my beloved Alanya this fall, extend the summer on Cleopatra Beach.
I consider Turkey to be the best place to relax by the sea, so it is already difficult to count the number of my visits to this country.
This time the choice was made for the KLEOPATRA MICADOR 4* hotel.
The KLEOPATRA MICADOR 4* Hotel is a typical urban Turkish hotel located on a busy street. There is no territory at the hotel, there is only a small swimming pool. But why a swimming pool if there is a gorgeous sea nearby?! However, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, along the way you will have to cross 2 streets with heavy traffic. It is annoying that in Turkey cars do not stop at pedestrian crossings, they do not let pedestrians through. Therefore, special care and agility must be observed. You can't help but notice that there is no such problem in Russia and how great it is!
The street where the hotel is located is quite noisy. It would seem that the room on the opposite side would be much quieter, but this is not the case. The fact is that there is a mosque nearby, loudspeakers are installed on the minaret, pointing in different directions, including directly towards the hotel, there's nothing you can do about it - a Muslim country. So be prepared to be woken up by loud shrill noises in the predawn twilight.
Although the hotel is declared as 4 stars, in fact it is an ordinary Turkish three, no more. It is difficult to understand why there is no free WI-FI in the four, why the Internet costs 3 euros per day.
The food at the hotel is quite decent, although tourists traditionally tend to complain. A lot of vegetables, fruits - apples, plums, tangerines, pears, oranges, meat, chicken, turkey, fish were also present. Only semi-finished products in the form of nuggets and absolutely inedible fish fingers need to be removed. It is impossible not to note the benevolence of the cook and the good work of the waiters. The guys worked quickly and were surprised by the fact that during work they did not communicate loudly with each other and did not laugh, as is often the case in Turkish hotels.

I would like to mention the terrible cleaning in the rooms. Towels were changed 1 time in 8 days, cleaned 3 times. You can't call it cleaning - they just made the bed and waved a mop from corner to corner. The dirty room remained. Cleaning on - 2. If you do not let them clean from 9-10, the room will remain even without this cleaning.
The owner of the hotel type lives somewhere nearby or in the hotel itself, is privately present in the patio area, but only the restaurant staff trains. Food - there is something to eat. Drosophila flies flying over food, of course, need to be eliminated somehow. Cutlets are semi-finished. There were no fish dishes for 8 days.
The rooms are all very small, well, 11 meters square, old, the shower is cold, since they have an electric boiler. I.e., you will not warm up in it.
The Internet is paid for 8 days for 18 dollars.
My husband paid $ 3 for 1 day, he was never turned off, keep in mind :)
Well, the hotel is pulling for 3 days. An ordinary city hotel.
Fix the food, remove the fruit flies and clean up will be normal.

Хороший, чистый городской отель. Приветливый персонал. Еда вкусная, есть что выбрать. Уборка в номере каждый день. На ресепшене есть приятная женщина администратор, которая в совершенстве владеет русским языком. Экскурсии рекомендую брать у русскоговорящего гида Закира (тур агентство находится с левой стороны по дороге на пляж), адекватные цены , никакого обмана и также владение русским в совершенстве.

Свои 4*отель оправдывает. Очень переживала по питанию,на самом деле все вполне достойно,супчики были,курица,рыба,печень… фрукты.Персонал весь понравился.Немного скучновато вечерами,но можно погулять по городу.Пляж супер-ради него и выбирали отель. Для меня минус-это очень долгая дорога до аэропорта,автобус едет медленно

Fish for dinner in a day or two is very tasty. The coffee is terrible. There is no variety in food, sweets are not delicious. There are few fruits - apples, oranges and plums. Delicious alcoholic cocktails for 5 euros. And plus, we were robbed in the hotel restaurant. Guests young people from Germany talked us and stole expensive headphones airpods. On the trail.we all saw the day on the cameras, the headphones were returned to us, the mood was only spoiled. I wanted to rest, but here is such an unpleasant event. They did not call the police, they felt sorry for the criminals, but probably it was necessary to follow them.once it was not customary.

Сейчас отдыхаем в этом отеле,отель полностью оправдывает свои 4 звезды.Мне есть чем с сравнивать,отдыхали во многих городских отелях Аланьи,так вот это единственный отель из всех где нам не пришлось менять номер на "семейный" с доплатой и вечером ходить по ресторанам,что бы нормально поужинать.Номера достаточно большие для семьи из 3х человек,питание отличное,готовят очень вкусно из свежих продуктов,на ужин несколько видов мяса,рыба и не эконом вариант скумбрия,а дорада,камбала.До пляжа буквально 5 минут прогулочным шагом,до Центра минут 15.Главный минус,это мечеть рядом и соотвественно призыв на молитву в 4.30 утра🙈и еще постоянно ломающийся лифт,а он в отеле один.

Отдыхали с 6.08 по 12.08.2023 все включено.. Отель маленький, но чистый, нет своей территории так как находится в городе это минус. И на пляже все соки,вода, лежаки 100 лир в день, за два лежака и зонт. Убирались каждый день, воду один день поставили и на этом все. На ресепшене есть русско говорящая девушка. Персонал очень не понравился, отвратительный который обслуживает столовую. Расписание приема пищи не выдерживают. Есть бассейн, воду при нас не меняли совсем, это уже антисанитария. Бассейн 3*3. Еда однообразная, пирожные Вау. Пляж Клеопатра чистый, песчаный. Вот, что единственное понравилось. Больше этот отель не выберу!

Мы семьёй из 5-ти человек отдыхали в Kleopatra Micador hotel 4* в период с 27 июня по 06 июля 2022 г. Нас заселили в двухместный номер 509 и трёхместный номер 512. Номера замечательные, в двухместном номере одна большая кровать, в трехместном номере три полноценные кровати. Номера чистые, мебель в хорошем состоянии, по 2 полотенца на человека. В каждом номере просторные балконы со столом и стульями. У нас были видовые номера. Редко бывает такое, что заселился и нет чувства брезгливости или желания отмыть комнату, а этот отель приятно удивил меня 😊 Отель маленький, бассейн крошечный, но зато он находится в 5-ти минутах от пляжа. Пляж отеля 12 ухоженный, чистый, заход в море отличный. Рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков, супермаркетов, овощной рынок, большой хозяйственный магазин. До LC Waikiki 20 мин. ходу. Отель действительно находится в центре города. Питание в отеле разнообразное, всегда были мясные блюда, мясо в чистом виде и рыба. Все блюда вкусные, а запечённые овощи, баклажаны, булгур великолепны. Пироженки вообще отдельная тема, они очень вкусные. Из фруктов были спелые и сладкие арбузы, дыни, груши, яблоки и апельсины. Сотрудникам кухни огромная благодарность! Сотрудники ресепшена очаровательные, улыбчивые, отзывчивые люди. Они говорят на всех языках. Работники клининга владеют только турецким, но мне моих знаний турецкого хватало, чтобы изъясняться с ними. Все мои просьбы были удовлетворены в срок. Я с удовольствием вернусь в Микрорайоне и буду рекомендовать его людям. Спасибо большое сотрудникам и руководству отеля!

Отличный отель!!! Отдыхали с 7 по 17 октября семьей из трёх взрослых, все просто замечательно !!! Персонал , еда, бар!! Отель городской , просто славный ! Администраторы и бармены шикарные ! Рекомендую этот чудный отель всем ! Ещё вернёмся !

I visited this hotel on a business trip, and I stayed there for a week.
Of the advantages:
- Normal food. It's not very tasty, but you won't stay hungry. More European cuisine.
- Daily cleaning
- Room design
And now the cons:
- In the first room where they settled there was a hum from the air conditioner compressors, there were a large number of them and it was extremely unpleasant to sleep.
- Only one elevator was working.
- Not the most pleasant communication at the reception.
- The pool is very small, there is no hotel at all.

Отдыхали с 10 по 25 мая 2023г. Не рекомендую. Вонь ужасная из канализации, полотенца застиранные, серые. Постельное белье и полотенца за 15 ночей ни разу не поменяли, только для ног 2 раза, сушила все сама на балконе. Номер без ремонта, старенькое все. Вид из номера на мечеть и горы, внизу через дорогу кафе гудит до поздна. Лифт один на весь отель и для гостей и для персонала, ждать замучаешься. Еда так себе, не голодные были конечно, но и вкусное вспомнить нечего. Интернет только платный. От моря не очень далеко, нормально до 12 пляжа. Пляж отличный.

Отдыхали с 14 по 22 октября 2020. Отель небольшой, уютный, чистый, персонал корректный, отзывчивый, номера приличные, сантехника исправная, с балконами, уборка, смена белья в номере регулярная, питание вполне хорошее, без ненужных излишеств, но качественное, голодными мы не были конечно (туристам с культом еды думаю будет недостаточно, нам же всё норм!) Интернет платный, но скоростной, из расчёта 3$ в сутки на три абон.номера, сейф тоже платный, 2,5$ в сутки, но это и ожидаемо для 4*. Пляж Клеопатры примерно в 400-450м от отеля, канатная дорога, пиратская бухта, порт с красивыми прогулочными кораблями тоже в пешей доступности, обменники валюты на каждом шагу, магазины Мигрос типа нашей Пятерочки тоже имеются, цены в них оч доступные. В общем у нас к отелю никаких претензий, всё понравилось. Да и с погодой повезло, стабильные +30 днем, 26-27 вечером, теплое прогретое велоколепное море. И отдых в целом очень сложился, мы нашли для себя массу тур.развлечений и позитивных, ярких впечатлений, спасибо Аланья)) Рекомендуем.

Еда нормальная, не на 5 звезд, но никто голодный не ходил. Вполне рекомендую 👍

Отдыхали с 16.10.2022г по 04.11.20022г отель чистый очень маленькие номера. Из кондиционера воняет тухлятиной. Наверное никогда его не чистили. Кровать ели уместились вдвоём. Питание просто ужасное. В Турции десятый раз. Такой кошмар первый раз. Все платное даже вай Фай, который очень плохо работает. Как можно из нормальных продуктов сварить такую гадость. Есть просто невозможно. Только фрукты были хорошие.

Напрягает владелец отеля. Ходит с недовольным лицом, как будто то ему тут все мешают. В целом обстановка напряжённая. Не советую данный отель.

Отдыхали в этом отеле со 2 по 9 октября 2021 года,добрались до места около 22 часов, кухня уже была закрыта, но нас покормили ужином, который оставили специально для нас, это было очень приятно.У нас был трёхместный номер, кровать и матрацы очень удобные, белье и полотенца чистые, небольшой балкон с великолепным видом, ванная комната просторная , сантехника вся рабочая, были шампунь, гель для душа и мыло по 2 штучки на каждого гостя, и по два полотенца. Очень не хватило зубной пасты, так как с собой не взяли пришлось бежать в ближайший работающий магазин.По питанию особых претензий нет,все было свежее и голодными мы не были, из фруктов самые вкусные были арбузы, мандарины и апельсины, дыня бывала недозрелая как и груши, твёрдые и несладкие. В баре было вино сухое красное и белое, не вкусное, и вкусное пиво, крепкий алкоголь не пробовали.Все кто работает в отеле отличные специалисты и замечательные люди, огромное им спасибо за их работу и наш замечательный отдых. До моря идти минут шесть, все пляжи чистые , лежаки везде платные. Отдых именно в этом отеле нам понравился, наверное выберем его в следующем году, да и вообще Алания прекрасна, много зелени, есть горы, чистое и теплое море пляжи и песочные и есть с мелкими камешками и прекрасные люди живущие там.

Очень понравился отель! Чисто, уютно, доброжелательный персонал. Вкусно кормят в ресторане. Бассейн небольшой и чистый.

Отдыхали с мужем с 15.11-15.11.2021г.
Начну с того, что в Турции мы уже третий раз, и нам есть с чем сравнить.
Отель очень хороший, на твёрдую четверку!
Понравился номер, вид с балкона на горы- это вообще супер!
По питанию все было хорошо, много фруктов, много десертов, Пиво, вино вкусное!
Местоположение отеля очень удобное.Неподалёку есть рыбий рынок .
Персонал вежливый и внимательный ( быстро нам нашли ножовку по металлу).
Многие хорошо понимают по русски.
До пляжа номер 12 идти 5-6 минут.
2 лежака, зонтик и интернет стоят 4 s.
Из минусов : Интернет в отеле платный, нет мороженного.
Однозначно приедем ещё раз!!!

Уютный, комфортный отель для семьи.Удачное местоположение. Очень вежливый персонал;вкусное меню, только в основном курица,к сожалению. В целом, очень понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле. Огромное желание вернуться вновь!!!

Отдыхала в начале сентября 2020 года.
Ставлю 5* так как в пандемию они смогли открыться и у меня не сгорел 2
тур в этот отель.Да и видно было что старались угодить во всем гостям,хотя отелю тяжело было.Придираться ко всему не буду.Знаю,что этот отель первый раз открыл свои двери для русских.
Про питание- меню 3*....НО все было свежее и качественное.Вот на десертах они кстати не экономили)))
По приезду персонала было ( одна горничная на ВЕСЬ отел,пару ребят "принеси-подай",да и на кухне 1,5 человека).Видно что пандемия "прошлась" по всем,поэтому люди/туристы стали более мягче,человечнее и общительные (все передружились и персоналу досталось))))) Атмосфера была семейная))) не довольных я не заметила.
Расположение отеля-для меня удачное так как вечером я люблю гулять по центру Алании,и все мои любимые магазины в шаговой доступности.
Отель находиттся на маленькой улочке,но все равно слышно машины и рядом мечеть.
Первую ночь сперва пел-кот,потом пьяный мужчина,потом-призыв на молитву из мечети,а потом по утру-птички.Вобщем там все поют))))
До пляжа номер 12 минут 5-7.
Вход в море-плита с песком,далее на других пляжах эта плита голая и в итоге скользкая.
Отель рекомендую если вы не планируете в нем сидеть,простите-пить и жрать как не в себя
Те,кто хочет лопать от пуза и 24/7 быть на "косе"-не рекомендую.Да и всем просто испортите отдых и везде напишите плохие отзывы
