A decent hotel, on a solid 4*! We had a vacation with my brother in November, we were not very lucky with the weather, but we swam in the sea every day) The excellent location of the hotel, proximity to the sea and to various attractions of the city. The hotel is clean and cozy. There are beautiful cats with kittens all around, but there are too many of them))) The food is always fresh and delicious. Very friendly, helpful, charming, friendly staff. Special thanks to the administrator Denis, who speaks different languages (well done!! 5+)! We will come again)

A wonderful hotel!!!Solid 4!The food is varied, the staff is responsive, starting with the person at the reception (Ramadan),will tell you everything, arrange everything,handle everything, always handsome,friendly,sociable.The rooms are clean, comfortable, most with sea views.The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is across the street.Cleopatra beach, with unusual sand, the sea is divine.All inclusive, used drinks.(tea,coffee,lemonades,water,and/orwhite/red wine, whiskey...cocktails for an additional fee.the fee.We had enough variety.It's impossible to describe everything.Emotions remained at 5+, as they wrote in the book of reviews.By the way, there is a hammam (paid) on the territory that is not bad.In general, delight.My son (12 years old) I really liked it, and so did us, the parents.Shops, cafes, various excursions...everything is within walking distance.In general, it's awesome.Let's come again!!!Thank you very much to everyone!!!

I had a rest with my daughter from October 5 to 12, 2024, everything was fine, the pools, however, are very close to the tables of the bar, which is constantly crowded with vacationers sipping cocktails, so it's not very convenient - the child wants to go to the pool, and it's problematic to squeeze back and forth between the tables. Besides, it is no longer possible to go there after 19.00, but I just wanted to, because it gets dark outside at 18.30 and the beach is already empty). Dinner until 20.00, although almost everywhere in other hotels until 21.00, we did not have time for excursions a couple of times, being 10 minutes late in total. After arrival, upon check-in at 20.10, dinner was not even offered, although with a small child on the road all day. The room cleaning was so-so, but it didn't bother us. There is enough food, there is just a lot of fiber))). Overall, I liked it. The room was good both in size and in view from the window. The staff is helpful in the dining room. There is free Wi-Fi, which is important. Cleopatra Beach is across the street, the beach is nice, clean.
