Positive. The location is great for a city hotel. Everything is nearby.and the beach, and shops, and the center, and disco, and cafes. The rooms are spacious. Clear.
Minuses. Some rooms have a view of the wall, there is no normal shower hose, there are not enough kettles and other utensils, TVs do not work in all rooms,
In principle, it all depends on luck and which room you get into. An old hotel where a lot of things are broken. It has a lot of regular customers. And its disadvantages are nothing to me. I'll go again.
A good hotel for unassuming people))) for 40 rubles. for 17 days and 18 nights, it is unlikely that you can find something cheaper somewhere. The room is two-room with air conditioning, the kitchen had everything you needed and everything worked. They were filmed only to spend the night and cook (sometimes) to eat.
Cleopatra Beach is a five-minute walk away without hurrying.
Towels were changed every four days, as well as bed linen.
It all comes down to the slogan: PRICE - QUALITY!
Very large two-room rooms with a kitchen, you can cook, which makes it easier to find food on vacation with young children. They do the cleaning if you ask. The only problem for us was that it was very hot. In July, the room under the roof was heated to a state of hell) The air conditioner is only in a small room, and it is very dirty and absolutely not cooled. If I go to Alanya in the autumn, I would return there.
I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Three years ago, I got a room on the third floor, cockroaches were running around. It's funny because above the restaurant, well, there was a kind of bar. There's a hookah bar there now, but they serve some kind of food. An apartment hotel with a kitchenette. Air conditioning is paid, not included in the room rate, as well as a safe. The conder costs $ 55 a week, it seems. This year, it was June-July. The room was given on the 4th floor. At first, the elevator did not go there, the button did not work. The admin stupidly repeated that everything was OK! Works. I had to drag him by force to show him. In 5 days!! It's working. It's the same with the second set of towels. We went to the room, there is one set, there is no second one. I literally had to demand it. They smile and answer - tomorrow! I want a shower today! I also had to strangle the admin right away. The current room faced the road, it was noisy, but the sun did not burn all day. The more shadowy side. There were no cockroaches. The room is clean, cleaned almost every day. There is a balcony with a table and chairs on it. The pool is on the roof of the hotel, shallow, for children. The water is cloudy. There are sun beds, no umbrellas. And often you will come - the garbage has not been cleaned. Previously, the terrace on the 5th floor was open. Now they have put up windows, sofas, and smoke hookah. I liked it better when it was open. Turks smoke a lot and do it everywhere, the smoke is annoying
The hotel is for those who go to the sea, and not to languish in a hotel. 2024 without power, in the rooms there is a kitchen with a sink, dishes + a kettle with a stove (2 burners) on request (they do not give it themselves, if you ask they will bring it for free).
There is a migros nearby, many cafes, a central road runs behind the building and there is a public transport stop (noise from the road does not interfere).
You need to walk 500 meters to the sea, but without strain, even with children. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but it was not very clean at our check-in, so after looking at it on the day of arrival we did not go up anymore. It seems that there is a choice of rooms without air conditioning, but I do not advise - cook in the summer and freeze out of season.
In general, the hotel of the early 2000s in terms of furniture, furnishings and filling, with maintaining good condition, did not bother much, but put 4 * since the price against the background of other tours was at the bottom of the market and with departure from the city of residence and transfer from Antalya airport + the ability to cook independently was a great advantage on vacation with children.
Excellent apartment, convenient location. For those who don't need all inclusive, that's the thing. We have already been here many times and we will return here. Everything works shower, stove, refrigerator.
If we consider this hotel as an apartment in the center of Alanya, then it's not bad. If you rate it as a hotel, then 2 points. The pool is disgusting, dirty, without umbrellas, the sun beds stink of bleach. It is made so that no one goes there. And yes, do not take breakfast, because they take place in another village, at a distance of about 800 meters from the hotel and it is such a pleasure to go there in the morning. Otherwise, they clean normally, Wi-Fi is everywhere, the staff is very friendly and pleasant.
We had a rest at the end of May. No food, just accommodation. The room is spacious. For four people there is a bedroom with 4 beds, in the second room there is a kitchen and two sofas with a TV. A balcony overlooking the street. A magnolia tree bloomed in front of the room. The hotel has a hammam and a hookah bar. There is no cafe. Nearby, around the corner is the Mtgros store. There's a water park across the street. There are many restaurants. The least expensive with large portions to the left of the exit is called GUL. Excellent sea, Cleopatra beach 5 min. walking.
Positive:
- location
- wifi working
-kitchen with dishes
-price
Minuses:
Very thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. If you are connoisseurs of your sleep, I do not advise it. Take earplugs right away. Yes, in this hotel with such a noise, earplugs should be included. We were first hooked up with a noisy couple. They spent 2 hours, then laughed at night, then at 7 a.m. it started again. The result is 3 hours of sleep and a sore head.
It didn't last long, they left. People settled in again. Two feminist women who laughed at night and discussed their way of life and that the sea heals family life. Ah, we knocked on their door, no one answered. And now there's a mess on top. From 7 am every day, horse racing and spanking begin. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't so loud and the walls weren't thin. Waking up from a knock is such a thing. I understand 1 time, but every day from 7 am. Yes, we went to them. The result - not opened.
The walls are very thin, you can even hear a neighbor's interlocutor on the phone, as someone snores and goes to the toilet.
The furniture is shabby, it is impossible to sit on chairs, we lay towels, the table is full of holes and dishes cannot be put on it. We cleaned every day, even when the maid knocks and you run to open the door for her, she doesn't wait and comes in herself right away. it's up to you. For this money, it's top if you walk all day and sleep at night. Cooking is normal, although there is no lid from the frying pan.
It's cold in November, take warm suits and pajamas, it's very cold and cold floors, I've been sick for 3 weeks because of the cold.
Dear guests, never contact this hotel. Save your nerves and time.In short, the owner of this hotel is not honest and actually does not take care of his guests from the word in any way.At the reception, the man in general, as I understand it, is just a night watcher.Wi-Fi works disgusting. The pool is open until 18.00....This option is not convenient with children at all.The rooms are in need of repair. Additional price for a safe and air conditioning. People have difficulty speaking English, solving problems is not their problem. The price and quality do not match, as well as the actual description of the hotel. It's dirty, everything is old and broken.

( during the 11 days of stay , we did not change the linen and towels until we contacted the reception with a claim )
The bathroom was washed by themselves , it 's good that Migros is nearby , we bought rubber gloves and whiteness . When the cleaning lady was asked to do this, she said that it was just rust....
The pipe from the hookah bar on the ground floor was placed directly under the bedroom window of the room
There was smoke in the room all the time.
They probably have a big problem with toilet paper ....
Stock up yourself))))

If you read the reviews and draw the right conclusions, then you can live perfectly in this hotel. I mean, you don't have to expect anything supernatural from a 2* apartment hotel. Everything you need is there (refrigerator, nimble electric stove, dishes), excellent mattresses, clean bed linen (changed 2-3 times a week) and towels. Cleaning is daily, and on the day when it rained, it was cleaned twice. Very convenient location with respect to transport, shops, cafes and markets. The sea is 5-7 minutes walking distance. There is an interesting archaeological museum on the way to the sea. Excellent staff at the reception, do not refuse help and are attentive to requests. Or maybe we're so lucky. They didn't get into the hammam, I can't say anything. But very often someone went there, it seemed that the place was in demand. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the outdated shower cabin equipment. This does not even require repair, but replacement.
We have been vacationing here for the third year in a row. The cafe on the roof has been renovated. We organized a hookah bar. Convenient location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Attractions, shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Walking is comfortable and not difficult, which is good news. I recommend it)
The hotel is shabby, we were two years ago, now I'm really tired, I'm not doing it, we won't go there anymore, considering that we just want to sleep, but here we just throw out the pillows))
The hotel meets the stated requirements, everything is clean in the room, the furniture and plumbing are tired, but everything worked, there is a refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes, the room consists of two rooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a balcony overlooking a quiet alley, slept with open windows, cleaning daily, the bed is soft, comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, a rooftop pool, there is also a bar, near Migros, Bim across the street, to the beach number 4 8 minutes through the beautiful Muhabbet street, the rest was wonderful.
The location is not better to come up with. The room we came across was very convenient in location, there was a kitchenette and a balcony. But during the week of our vacation, they never cleaned properly, the floors were not washed, the towels were changed once. The room itself is well-worn, the furniture is old. I liked the hotel only as a place to spend the night. Otherwise, it's better to look for cleaner places
We visited this hotel in 2022 and decided to return in 2023 on our own head. We arrived late and were at the hotel at about 23.30 and then it started. We were informed that there are no rooms and we have to go to another hotel and stay there for some time, for example three days. This hotel is also theirs and if we like it, we can stay there. To say that we were stunned, to say nothing! The clarification of the relationship did not give any sense, and we were tired. But the final touch convinced me that the shores were confused at the hotel. Our suitcase was just taken out of the hotel by some guy, put on the doorstep and went to catch a taxi. They brought us to the Smile Hotel.
If Cleopatra Aitur can be called a tired hotel, then Smile is literally dying. Of the good ones, only the mattress is hard enough. Everything else works according to the principle and fine. Is the air conditioner blowing on the bed because there are no blades there? Anyway, it's blowing. Does the toilet flush with a thin trickle? Oh well, it washes away. The fact that there are breakfasts, thank God, of course, but I can cook eggs myself, we went to the apartment. But the fact that there is nowhere to drink tea in the evening, I did not like it at all.
The next day, the director came as he called himself for a conversation and asked to stay here for three nights, then he would give us a nice room with air conditioning and a free extension of the room. Agreed, of course. However, he didn't even bother to look that the air conditioner has already been paid for. And, looking ahead, I will say, no one has extended our number!
As we realized later, this is their usual scheme, sending most of the tourists to the Smile hotel for a while, apparently filling it in such a simple way. I haven't seen so many scandals at the reception anywhere, and I go often!
And then it was already in small things, then the refrigerator turned off, then the condee flowed. They fixed it, of course, but they stole a lot of time from us and frayed our nerves.
It seems that the hotel administration is absolutely not interested in the fact that they wanted to return to them and did everything possible to prevent this from happening.
The rooms are tired: the toilet is buzzing, the sofas in the living room have known dry cleaning for a very long time. Mattresses are very soft, pillows consist of lumps. There are enough dishes (saucepan, frying pan, spoons/forks/plates/cups), but the bed linen is clean, the room is cleaned every day. Wi-Fi in the room catches poorly, even though they lived next to the router. There is no sound insulation in the hotel, the slamming of every door can be heard in the room.
The hotel does not have its own territory
And so no one spoiled the sea and the sun, of course, but we don't set foot in this hotel anymore. We walked around the neighborhood, there are a lot of apartments, there are plenty to choose from even in this location
If you want to play the game will settle- will not settle, a good room - with a view of the wall, then you are here, but I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel precisely because of the attitude of the administration to the guests. No, they will smile at you, but it didn't make it any easier for us
From the good - the location of the hotel near the beach and large rooms, there is a washing machine at the reception. In general, the hotel is very tired, it has not been renovated for a long time, it is poorly cleaned, and from time to time there is a terrible smell from the sewer.
I lived in this hotel 3 years ago, an old hotel, furniture and everything else, just a scoop. We rented a two-room apartment with a kitchen. The only plus is that it's quiet to sleep and the sea is nearby, cafes and shops. The hotel itself did not like it, if it does not matter to anyone, then please. On the 1st floor there is an excellent, inexpensive hookah bar, there are always a lot of visitors.
the hotel itself is a much-worn version of Turkey's hotels of the mid-tenths. but the location is such a huge plus that you can close your eyes to all the other disadvantages.
the center of the city, to the beach - 7 minutes very slowly, to migros - two minutes, to Waikiki and the barn - 10 minutes.
Good afternoon, we rested at the hotel from May 17 to May 31, the room was 103, we had 4 adults and a child of 2 years old, the room is angular, not a large balcony, air conditioning only in the bedroom, it is not a large cot2 sleeping ,2 bedside tables, the room is small. The room itself can be said to be tired, everything is old, there is mold in the toilet. Air conditioning is paid for $ 5 a day, but it costs in the bedroom, not in a large room. Across the street there is a wine shop and a tobacco shop, on the left if you leave the hotel there is a good tavern about 100 meters away, a fine lamb cradle, lunch for two two hot two beers about 1000 rubles.around the corner 100 meters to the right of the Migros hotel, the Tinkoff world accepts maps, the security service did not pass, 500 meters to the beach , two sun beds and an umbrella 75 liras per day, 70 liras go up the mountain there and back, the hotel is clean to spend the night, TV 2 channels but shows poorly. The location is good, everything is close to cafes, beach shops, 15-20 minutes Walk to the market
We immediately chose this apartment hotel. This is exactly what travelers who love independence and independence from inclusivity need.
Now we live in it, our expectations have been fully met. Yes, it is not new, the furniture is not Italian, but everything is clean, neat, and works. If something is broken or missing, they will quickly replace it and bring it to you.
The staff is very responsive, positive, and the atmosphere is friendly. It's very endearing. The staff speaks English, there are maids who speak Russian, there are no problems in communication.
+
1. Superlocation. The very center, everything is nearby: shops, bakeries, cafes, Friday market.
2. The perfect beach at Damlatash cave. The entrance to the sea is sandy, the shore is sandy, there are no currents. There are caves in the rock on the shore.
3. Price list. This is an inexpensive apartment. For a relatively small amount, we received a two-room apartment (living room and bedroom) with a kitchen and a set of dishes. Also included was a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a Turkish teapot for brewing. The apartment is angular, the living room has a balcony and a French window.
-
There are no disadvantages. You need to understand what you are shooting and for what money. Most minor flaws are easily fixed, not worth attention.
They gave a room with a view into the wall of a neighboring apartment building, for a room with a normal view from the window they asked for an additional fee of 10 euros per day, air conditioning paid 6 euros per day
+ location, price, clean sheets and towels, everything worked that didn't work - immediately replaced
- they are cleaned every 3 days and extremely carelessly, garbage could be thrown away or bags provided. The maid told me about the pieces of paper from the chocolate bar on the table by the bed, which the child had just eaten, despite the fact that the trash can was full of mountains.
- the pool was green, we did not dare to climb there
- breakfast is about nothing: a spoonful of potatoes, an egg, a piece of feta cheese, 2 pieces of cucumber, 2 pieces of tomato, 2 sausages, 3 olives. That's all)) on the 7th day I got tired
- there were cockroaches in the next room. We don't seem to have it.
We were with my husband in January 2022. It is terribly cold in the room at night +15 (outside +10). You can turn on the air conditioner for heating for an additional fee of € 5 per day. It blows directly into the bed, while the whole room is cold, does not warm up. I had to sleep dressed! There is no way to take a shower, because it is cold, and there is no water pressure.
All the equipment is old: the toilet, kettle and air conditioner make such a noise that you won't fall asleep.
I do not recommend staying here!
I stayed at the hotel in November 2020.I liked everything very much. The hotel is located in the center of Alanya. Cleopatra Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The room is bright and spacious.Cleaning every other day.For this money, a very good hotel.Maybe I'll come back here again next time.
We are wildly delighted!!! My husband and I stayed at the hotel from October 15th to 23rd, 2019. for the first time we went to Turkey without "all inclusive". we used to rest all the time in 5* and 4* in different countries and GOT TIRED of "all inclusive"!!! food and drinks at a certain time, tied to the hotel and eat when it's too late. so we decided to come here at our own risk. firstly, no deposits, tips, etc. everything is very comfortable with the staff. there is no obsession on their part. absolute freedom. We carried the suitcase to the room ourselves. we arrived at the hotel at 3 am. they settled in tech. 2 min. They gave me the keys and wished me a good rest. they cleaned it every day. We changed the towels. the room had shower gel, toilet paper, soap and 2 buckets. one in the toilet, the other in the kitchen room. there are various dishes, appliances, an electric kettle and a stove in the cupboards. if you want, cook. we bought tea and drank it with Turkish sweets, which we bought at the bazaar in the morning and evening. There is a migros store nearby. many products are cheaper there than at the bazaar. if there is a goal to save money, then there are options. we were pleasantly surprised by these moments. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Cleopatra Beach. the cliff has the best entrance to the sea. sandy. Did we eat at the Gul cafe? which is located through the house. that is, you leave the hotel, turn left along the same street. the friendly host. they cooked quickly, everything was fresh and delicious. we basically took all the lamb dishes. (the taste is extraordinary) salads and lakhmakun are all different. like a pizza, only on their tortillas. There is a bazaar not far from the hotel, which is open on Tuesdays. if you go to Ataturk Boulevard, then to the left to the intersection with Takusha Street up to the mountains 200 m. from the Madame Coco store, we bought cheap and delicious fruits and berries there and ate with pleasure. We also visited the Friday bazaar, which is located 600-800 meters to the right of the hotel along Ataturk. behind the Waikiki store. in general, everything is close that you need to relax. and in terms of money, it turned out to be more profitable for us to eat ourselves. we didn't cook anything ourselves. everyone bought and ate at the cafe. Everything is a pleasure! both in terms of time and assortment. we decided now to rest only like this. try it, you might like it too. I want to say that when we rested at 5 *, there was always a feeling that you were "having" and you would make demands that would correspond. price and quality. and in this case, you just enjoy your vacation, because no one owes anyone anything. for a little money, we rested for 5+! Thanks to our friends for advising us, the tour operator, and the hotel staff for creating an unforgettable vacation for us!!!
A pleasant apartment hotel in the center of Alanya, friendly staff, cleaning every day, 400 meters to the beach, near Migros and a lot of other shops. A small pool on the roof, the view from there is wonderful, in general I liked it.
We had a rest with a friend from November 5 to November 19, 2019. First they gave a room with one bed, then they offered one person to sleep on the couch, then they offered a normal room for an additional fee. Finally, they gave me the number, as it should be. Everything worked, hot water in the shower around the clock, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and equipment, a refrigerator, a TV. Cleaning every other day. The last 5-6 days have not been cleaned and the bed-towels have not been changed. And it's not necessary, everything is clean. The rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the mountains and the fortress covers all the small flaws!!! The sea with the best beach in Alanya is nearby. The very center of the city, everything is within walking distance. Very budget-friendly, all the surrounding attractions in the mountains traveled on city buses. We were very lucky with the weather. The Friday market is very cheap. In the shops there are chickens, milk, bread, cereals like in our 5-hour shops. We cooked it ourselves. I really liked everything. Yes, there is only one Russian-speaking cleaner in the hotel.
It is located on the most central street of the city. A light breakfast is prepared right in front of you, from products bought in the morning at the market.
The rooms are always clean, cleaned every day. There is a small swimming pool.
For its price, it's worth it.
