We rested at the hotel from 07/11/24 to 07/19.24. Somewhere it corresponds to its 4 stars, somewhere it does not. Positive. The main advantage is Cleopatra beach, 5-7 minutes walk to it. The purest warm water, there is always a place on the beach, beautiful views. Other advantages: a city hotel, in the evening you can always leave the hotel and walk around Alanya, it is beautiful. Nearby is a Migros chain store 100m away, like our Intersection - groceries, alcohol, manufactured goods, clothes. The prices are low, the choice is not bad. But no cards are taken from the Russian Federation, even Union Pay (but it is accepted on the Carefour network, it was very convenient to pay there without cash, it is 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel). There is a lot of food in the dining room, especially different vegetables. The food is delicious. Fruits are always ripe and fresh. I haven't tasted meat. The fish was 1-2 times all the time, it was delicious. Alcohol is only available at the pool bar. The beer is good, as are the local dry wines. There are no free drinks anywhere on the beach. We lived in a family room, 2 rooms. They cleaned it every day. Overall, the hotel made a pleasant impression. Minuses. There is no free Internet even at the reception. $ 20 a week, and for each device separately. The fitness room is just a name. There is no air conditioning, it is stuffy in the morning, there is no opportunity to practice. The rooms are clean but tired. Audibility, as if the walls are made of plywood. It's noisy by the pool in the evening, but the earplugs helped)).

An ordinary city hotel. The room is clean, the bed has a good mattress. The laundry is cleaned and changed every three days. Conditioner. A parody of a refrigerator. There is a swimming pool and a bar on site. The staff is friendly, tries to understand and communicate in Russian-Turkish-English. The restaurant's selection of dishes is not large, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is urban. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid (2 sun beds and an umbrella- 210 liras). There is a large Migros store on the road between the hotel and the beach. There are several small shops with local fruits in the area. The hotel is average, but the location is very good.

Well, in general, for a city hotel, it is average, but there is food (it is absolutely monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner)a big minus for the dishes!¡! Plastic cups that are not wiped. The appliances are not wiped either... the plates are correspondingly the same.
For alcohol: of course, efes (diluted with water)
And small funfires with vodka, gin, liqueur and something else (I do not know, my husband and I did not drink it))) Aah, they still have wine, of course it's very cheap... white and red. (we haven't tried it either)
The pool is constantly dirty, it is cleaned every 4-5 days. The rest of the time it is cloudy yellow.
Bed linen: washed, wrinkled, pillowcases are not clear at all whether we changed them or not... The bedspreads are gray and dirty. The towels are white (fluffy), maybe we just came across them.
About the air conditioner: it worked for 2 days , and in the morning, when we turned it on, it poured water on us, then it grunted, made a noise, growled and we turned it off. A repairman was called: after 2 hours we had another battery, they came-replaced-connected. The repairman left dirt, there was a cleaner on the floor right there, I called her, she cleaned everything, and replaced the bedding. Because the repairman threw his tool on the bed. As a result, the entire room was completely cleaned for us!!!! They replaced the sheets, towels, and wiped the floors.
The staff is probably the only plus in this hotel!!!! The guys are young, smiling, joking, always positive.
True, there is one old man who went and got everyone, but he works on weekdays and until 5 o'clock)))) everything is much more fun and better without him)
This is not a 4ka... This is 3ka🤷♀️
I'm not going to this hotel anymore!!!
