К плюсам этого отеля смело можно отнести разнообразную и вкусную еду, очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал, любую вменяемую просьбу выполняют очень быстро. Особенно хотелось отметить десертный стол 🍮, очень вкусно! Аниматоры также активны, бодры и веселы, зажигают с утра и до 23. По минусам: Номерной фонд очень изношен, но у нас в номере все работало, и холодильник и кондей и сантехника. Очень много туристов, есть небольшие неудобства в ресторане и у бассейнов. Не очень понятна система Ол инклюзив в баре на море, по факту там только вода и соки на розлив, и это все. В общем и целом впечатления от отеля сугубо положительные, в основном за счёт именно работы персонала отеля, спасибо им огромное!❤️

In general, the budget five, the only thing is that there is no free Internet at all, but we connected to Wi-Fi at bike rental, when we rented and went to them, a friend bought a paid one at the hotel, used the room normally. The floors were washed even when they didn't ask, the girls were good, they gave shampoo, in general everything was fine, we arrived on fire, so everything was fine, they pestered me with the spa, but when I said how much I do massage in Russia, they lagged behind, and it's cozy there, but you have to bargain well for the price. the only thing was the waves almost constantly, my glasses were washed away by the wave, it was a pity, but a friend slipped and hit her elbow on the stove when leaving the sea, but this was because of the waves, they put a cast in the hospital. But there are also disadvantages: for seven nights they never changed the bed, towels, and never washed the floors. It is not possible to ask the staff for a service if you do not speak English. There are no shampoos or body gels in the bathroom. It is very difficult to change a beach towel, they are simply not washed and supplied as expected. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds, drinks, fruits in unlimited quantity. Due to the above disadvantages, the hotel can be classified as three stars.Another, but very fat minus of this hotel, there is no own territory, you immediately go to the Reception from the road, it's terrible.
