I've been taking both cats to this clinic for a year now. The doctors are wonderful. Administrators are raising questions. Recently, on a regular basis, I have come across the fact that I forgot to write it down, recorded it at the wrong time, forgot to warn about something. Today I spent 25 GEL on a taxi and 1.5 hours of my time to shake the cat in the carrier, and in the end I found out that the rabies vaccine was over, they forgot to warn me, by the way.

Hello. We chose this clinic for our animals and there is no such general enthusiasm. We arrived for an appointment and only an examination, no tests or staples. I still didn't understand why I gave the money, because I was already talking about the animal problem at home. Most of all, I was amused that we need to do everything ourselves. Find the chip yourself, take the tests yourself and take it to another clinic. I wonder, then what do you need to pay money for?

I have heard a lot of good reviews about the doctors of this clinic, fortunately, we did not have a chance to check their competence, several times we came for vaccination or for a health certificate for export abroad. So, if you are not going to a specific doctor who was advised to you to solve your problem and your question is not vital - vaccination, help, do not come here.
Incompetent administrators who can't really explain anything, are not interested in the service, and answer only specific questions and waiting by appointment for 1-1.5 hours is the absolute norm
The price tag is an order of magnitude higher than the average
It is impossible to replay them, if you come half an hour later than the recording time, then you will come in an hour anyway

We were on a routine vaccination with a dog, our siba is very demanding and grumpy, a little aggressive. We quickly found an approach to him, the dog is happy and we are stress-free. The clinic is clean, spacious reception area, very friendly and highly qualified staff.

We were passing through Tbilisi, a Chihuahua puppy had vomiting, decided to hedge our bets and go to the Kivi vet clinic. She was highly praised in the chat. We were accepted without an appointment. The doctor is just lovely, very competent, kind. The reception was very long and attentive, despite the fact that the clinic should have already closed. The dog was examined very carefully, and they talked with us for a long time. Dr. Alexandra Mikhailova left the most positive impressions.
