Where to start . For the first time, we applied to TC Kit on the advice of a friend, allegedly the low cost of services. We sent the parcel from St. Petersburg to Minsk, the site showed the delivery time of 3 working days , i.e. it was sent on Wednesday, it should be in Minsk on Saturday, but alas, we managed to pick up the parcel, only on Tuesday the trace of the week, but come on, it became clear that there was no point in working with them. But fate decided to bring us together again. I needed rubber on a car, and a friend in St. Petersburg turned out to have it. Other TC have a ban on the transportation of rubber (combustible materials), and TC Kit turned out to have a Tire L tariff (at first the manager indicated the cost of 1900, then it became 3900 for PVZ). Well, I'll wait a week, I thought, because the site showed exactly this waiting period. The parcel was sent on October 30, along the route St. Petersburg-ORSHA (delivery on the site on November 6), a week passes, I call the manager and ask where my parcel is, and in response I receive information that it is in stock in Moscow and the site already shows that delivery has been postponed to November 11, there is a big weekend ahead, we will wait more a week, but it was not there, on the 11th the parcel did not arrive, and on the 12th it turned out to be a joke, a friend calls me and says that he received an SMS saying that the parcel was handed to me. I write to the manager on Wednesday, the 13th at 11 p.m. and ask where my parcel is, at 6 p.m., I receive an answer that it is in Minsk. In short, the tires were delivered on Saturday, the 16th, at 9 a.m. (although they dialed on Friday, said they would be at 8 a.m., sat and waited ...). As a result, we receive delivery of 4 tires from St. Petersburg- ORSHA for 18 days (parcels go faster from China). I do not advise you not to contact this TC, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND it, save your time and nerves.
Of the good things, I can only mention the relatively low cost of shipping services. We used it twice, we were outraged from the very beginning that they asked to put a signature for the absence of claims even before you actually see your cargo. Like, if anything, you'll come back later... surely you can insist on a preliminary inspection, in which case you would have to trudge to the warehouse, then return to the office, located at a decent distance from each other. Well, this is the first one... Further, the wait for the search for your cargo in the warehouse, judging by my experience and the waiting time in the queue at the warehouse, is always long. They search for a very long time, as if they themselves do not know where they have what lies... At the second receipt, we had to wait in line at the office, although there are not a few reception windows, but not all of them work. In the office, the staff is polite and pleasant, in the warehouse - frozen and angry. Well, the apogee of my personal impressions was the appearance of my box, it contains children's things and toys as a gift from relatives, it left intact, but arrived with a huge rush from above and a little less from the side. Miraculously, nothing fell out, got lost or got dirty. From above, the gap looks like it was deliberately picked and rummaged inside... I didn't have enough time to go to the office to investigate the situation, the children were already tired of waiting in the car, but in general, in my opinion, the situation is quite outrageous.
I've read a lot of negative reviews here. But I'm giving it 5 stars. Maybe I was lucky. It's all done. as promised. I'm from Minsk. I ordered a package from Altai. And this is 4000 km away from me for a minute. The parcel arrived in Minsk in 2 weeks for 24 rubles. And I also paid 8 rubles for delivery to the door, I am 100% satisfied. In a month I will order another parcel from Altai and apparently I will lean back to the KIT company.

Delivery dates are constantly shifting: on October 31, the cargo was delivered in Yekaterinburg - on November 6, they reported that the car with my cargo was unloading, on November 8 they were going to pick up the cargo, they said that there was no cargo - the car was at customs inspection, postponed to November 11, and then from November 11 it was postponed to November 12. And such moments arise all the time. It is difficult to get through to the managers in Minsk - they rarely pick up the phone, and if they do, then you need to wait another 5-10 minutes and listen to how they let other clients go. And you won't get any explanations from the cargo managers - "Wait for the call" and they hang up. The prices for transportation are not the smallest, taking into account all the above points.
This was my first time using the services of transportation companies. It was necessary to send car windows from Crimea to Minsk. The requirements of the SDEC did not fit, I used a whale. We packed and delivered the cargo with integrity, and for a reasonable fee. One disadvantage is tracking. The delivery time often changes, which makes it impossible to orient your plans. The staff is polite.
Previously, the certificate assured that they would contact and coordinate the date of delivery to the door additionally. The delivery request was processed on the website, no one contacted me until she started calling and finding out where my cargo was. The logistician did not introduce herself, but the communication was indifferent to the verge of indifference. As a result, delivery in Minsk was offered within 3 days. They took it themselves. But the cargo itself arrived promptly at the terminal. The question is already about the work of the client department in Minsk.

A friend sent a parcel from St. Petersburg to Minsk, everything arrived quickly and without damage, and the cost turned out to be excellent, despite the rather bulky cargo. In Minka, the whole procedure for the fence also went quickly: thanks to the girls for the quick registration, thanks a lot to the boy in the warehouse for the neatness - he took everything out of the warehouse, neatly folded it on the ramp. In general, thank you very much for the excellent attitude to other people's things!
Perhaps there are such shoals not only in this transport company, but up to this point there has not been such a thing with any one. That's how it should have been applied to that poor unfortunate stove... And the funny thing is, you pay first, put your signature that you took the cargo, and then you go to pick it up. I was waiting for delivery from Moscow to Vitebsk. Firstly, there are no Belarusian numbers or addresses in the forwarding receipt. I had to look for the Belarusian number and the address of the office in Minsk myself to find out where the parcel was. They told me that the parcel had arrived in Minsk, asked for the delivery address in Vitebsk and said that we had it the next day. The next day, I was informed that the driver's car had broken down, and when asked to send it by minibus or whatever else (the parcel was very urgent), I was told that they could not, that the driver had all the documents, and the driver was repairing at a service station (or tire shop) and could not leave. They said they would definitely bring it on Sunday (quote from the operator). No driver contacts, nothing is left. Sunday comes and nothing is brought. It's useless to call the office - they have a day off. As a result, I was deceived, due to the lack of a parcel, I suffered losses, since the contents of the parcel were necessary for work. I will never use the services of this company again.

This is my second and last collaboration with TC KIT. There is no need to hang noodles about logistics - we are going from a million-plus city to a million-plus city, from warehouse to warehouse.

Do not use the services of this company! We are currently waiting for a shipment from Russia and every day, according to the track number on their website, the estimated delivery time is constantly changing the next day. It is simply impossible to get through to 2 phone numbers, they do not take the handset. Once, after 30 minutes of trying to get through, they picked up the phone, checked the number and said that the car was at customs inspection (goods from Russia, what customs inspections could be, but that's okay), they couldn't orient the time of arrival of the cargo, they said they were waiting for a call, I've been looking for a new driver to pick up the cargo for days, but the deadline is constantly it is being transferred. Sometimes the date changes, but it's understandable-the road, everything happens. When the cargo arrives at the terminal, they always call to pick it up. The manager contacted me, agreed on the shipment to the area from the warehouse in Minsk, resolved all the issues that arose, of which there were quite a few since he could not pick it up himself. I have been working with this company for a long time, but I changed my mind and stopped cooperating, my personal manager also quit, who could somehow help with questions, sent an expensive engine to the Vladikavkaz terminal to change the consignee. The engine arrived and an interesting event happened, a man came to the warehouse, unknown to me, without changing the consignee, they opened the package for him and most importantly allowed him to unscrew the candles in the engine, inspect it with an endoscope, in general, turned his nose and left, although the engine is in perfect order. To my questions to the staff - What was it, who was it and why he was allowed to open the packaging and the engine itself, a blurred answer from some Daria Nikolaeva (a specialist in the quality control department of customer service) did not open anything, did not show anything to anyone, the client came in, looked and left, then as it turned out it was just a prepared the template that she copies and inserts. In general, what's the point, you as customers are absolutely not insured and your cargo is too. Anyone can come to the pick-up point and look at your cargo, and in response to complaints you will receive an unsubscribe from Daria that you have confused something.

They take a very long time to deliver. If they write on the site for 3-4 days, then everything goes 7-8. The last time it took 3 days from the moment the application was created to the arrival of the courier, another 1 day before the acceptance and then another 9 days for delivery (St. Petersburg - Minsk). A horse-drawn wagon train would have arrived faster. And tracking does not work correctly at all, it is not even worth paying attention to.
The transport company has never been worse than this one. If you like to wait for shipments for 3-4 weeks, then you are here! Customer orientation? The company has obviously never heard of this. I do not recommend it!
