They are served by teenagers who know only very, very broken English. The sanitary condition is on the verge, the food quality is average. As I understand it, this is the only decent place in the city.

Well, they cook better than average. Borscht is good, only ground from kebabs, because the lumpy was hard. Waiters can be children schoolchildren who constantly forget the order
